3rd Friday in a row showing up after 7:30am and the place being completely closed. If you do not open at 7 daily that is fine just please update your hours and the boards and flyers that say open daily at 7am.
Our service was friendly and no issues with the amount given as other reviews mentioned. The gelato was average insofar as taste is concerned. Not a place I'd be excited to get back to - but the boardwalk pizza on the other side is really delicious!!
The service from staff was not good. They seemed rude and unwilling to help.
Staff was very rude, they both gave us attitude the moment me and my party came in. Both brunettes seem desperate and annoyed. The ice cream was ok but since the treatment was so poor we couldn't enjoy it.
The 2 brunettes that work there are very rude. They have awful manners and were also rude to their other coworker and yelled at her while she was trying to help. Wont be going back here… at least when they are working.
I got the best service ever here!!! The gelato is delicious and so are the frappuccinos ?

Bad customer service, the girl who took the order, she turned off the AC once we stepped on because I wear Hijab, then after we left me and my friend she put it on. Add to this extremely ? bad coffee, no foam, it barely tasted coffee. The ice cream was overpriced for one scoop, and she put a small amount for this price, I wish I had taken a picture for both.

So disappointed! Literally paid $7.22 (after tax) for a small and it barely even filled the cup! You still see the bottom of the cup ☹️. Better off buying a pint of Ben and Jerry’s at the grocery store. At least you’d get more. This was overpriced ??

$14 for two stale cones with 2 tiny scoops. Knuckleheads behind the counter could hardly handle the scooper and zero customer service. Small selection of flavors… ice cream is such a simple pleasure, so easy to get right. Yet this place seems to have missed the mark entirely. I wasn’t going in there with crazy expectations but left feeling pretty disappointed and ripped off. Better off driving across town to hit up frozen Freddie’s.

Stopped in here on a hot day and got the pistachio gelato. It was delicious and servers were quick and friendly!
Overview: not clean, rude staff, overpriced, not great flavorsI hate writing negative reviews, this is my first. The people working have never worn gloves even when handling cones. Went today and the girls were very rude throughout the interaction. There was a hair in my cup that wasn’t the color of mine (but was the color of the girl who scooped) so I went back and politely asked for a refund. She sighed, complained to her coworker, and then left to talk to a manager I assume before issuing it. I didn’t even get an apology. Staff last year was at least friendly.
We love the ice cream. We got cookie dough!
