Stopped in here on a hot day and got the pistachio gelato. It was delicious and servers were quick and friendly!

Went last weekend. The gelato was a gross looking soupy mess. That should have been my clue to take the kids and leave. But it's the only ice cream in Marina Bay. We opted for the "hard" ice cream - which was way too soft and borderline melted.To add insult to injury, a tablespoon-sized scoop in a cup cost $7.75.Save your money and get ice cream elsewhere. Literally any where is better.

My son, dog and I had a great experience at Donato's. The ice cream was delicious and the server Ollie was so wonderful. She offered my dog some whipped cream. I also learned they have soft serve which is good to know. The Kids table worked great!

Overview: not clean, rude staff, overpriced, not great flavorsI hate writing negative reviews, this is my first. The people working have never worn gloves even when handling cones. Went today and the girls were very rude throughout the interaction. There was a hair in my cup that wasn’t the color of mine (but was the color of the girl who scooped) so I went back and politely asked for a refund. She sighed, complained to her coworker, and then left to talk to a manager I assume before issuing it. I didn’t even get an apology. Staff last year was at least friendly.

This place is great!They have different types of refreshing desserts and is also a cafe for quick breakfast. They have many flavors!The lady that attended us was very patient and nice.It’s a great place to go for a summer night stroll and get your tea refreshing ice cream! Also great view!

I was excited for an ice cream shop that serves gelato, but this place has gone from mediocre to bad. They have about 8 flavors of gelato, and the same for ice cream. The gelato quality used to be so-so, but it's now well below average. The last time I went there, the server might have been new or a substitute, and didn't know how to scoop. I got what amounts to one scoop for $7.95. Save your money and avoid this place.Marina Bay does need an ice cream shop, so I hope these guys either overhaul their operation and improve the quality dramatically, or sell to somebody who can.

Your standard ice cream shop. They actually had both ice cream and gelato with about 15 different flavors. We got a frappe which was fine though it could have been mixed a bit better. Next time I think I'll go with actual gelato. The owner seems nice so it was great supporting a local business.
