Hours listed incorrectly in the mobile app on Christmas. Nobody at the location. Had placed a mobile order and no way to cancel it. Complete and udder nonsense do not have your hours listed correctly for Christmas and leave your computer system on where people could place mobile orders and not be able to pick them up. Sitting here in the parking lot. So far I've had six people that have placed mobile orders that can't get their orders. How can you not get this right but Starbucks can Make sure their systems and hours are listed correctly in their mobile app?

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Stale food, weird location, rude staff, order wrong. The bar was low already but this was well below it.

This DD will never get another dime of my money! You ask for a lightly toasted bagel and they char it to a crisp! An animal wouldn’t even eat it if it was starving. The manager does nothing to ensure his staff makes the food presentable the first time and he’s argumentative. They all need to be trained. Why would you serve food like that whether it’s busy or not?! Disgraceful!

I mostly use the drive-thru and order ahead online. Its usually hit or miss; most of the time its a miss. It feels like everytime I give a cash tip, something always happens where I regret tipping; a sandwich is forgotten or a drink wasn't made. The brightside of ordering online is that if something was forgotten and the realization doesn't hit until later on, I can always get my money back for the missing items.

Worst customer service.. the manager Dan and Stephanie and new guy Jayden terrible customer service. Messed up my order and blamed it on the customer when I said the order correctly and they over charged me. Dan the manager had no empathy and was a complete jerk! Please don’t go to this Dunkin. Terrible and is not the first time I experience terrible customer service from this place. Do better !!!!

Our refresher drinks were the perfect ratio, the lovely man at the drive through was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is great for a Dunkin, with nice workers and a clean environment. Donut and pie were very fresh, probably partially because we went around 9:30 am. A great Dunkin to stop by if going on a BJs trip or need a bit of caffeine.

I was waiting for my friend to send me money so I could order food on through the app since I like to earn my points. I was sitting down with my husband and was told after a few minutes by the owner apparently that he couldn't have us in there and to leave which my husband and I stated then to him what we were doing. After we got up and expressed what we were doing you could see that he definitely knew he made a mistake but instead of apologizing and doing the right thing threaten to call the cops and accused us of being homeless. I was so disgusted and don't know what's wrong with people today. What gives them the right to acuse people of anything especially when we were just sitting down talking.

Can't go wrong with Dunkin if you like Dunkin.

This place made my coffee how I liked it and the breakfast sandwich wasn't a lopsided mess.
