The baristas were rude as hell here. Got an iced latte and a dunkalatte and they did not put proper portions of espresso they added WAY TOO MUCH! We circled back around and they started to argue with us for not letting them know ahead at speaker…… very poor customer service and they weren’t even busy!

My experience with this Dunkin has been horrible. We go every Wednesday and Sundays before work. The employees are rude and always have attitude to everyone. Today I went by and this isn’t the first time that we ordered a HOT coffee and they give to us cold. we hear them talking and laughing right after we order or when we are ordering. We truly are disappointed because it’s not fun getting your order cold or wrong.

Drive thru they take forever to get to you, there’s literally no one in the store and just one person at the drive thru. Also they don’t even fill drinks to the top like I’m paying for a full drink, not something that’s missing a full finger’s worth of space. It’s not even just once or twice. I ordered something and they totally forgot to put it in too waited way to long for someone to tell me I didn’t pay for this drink.

OK, so tell me why do I go through the drive-through and I’m standing sitting there and waiting for someone to like say may I take your order and I have to OK hi hello anyone there are you guys open or close after 10 minutes? I decide that I just wanna walk away and like pass by I see three girls working in there. One of the girls was just completely ignoring me and the other one was just like pointing out and then I had to be like hello are you guys open couple minutes later we are open and the most sarcastic way I have ever heard then the other girl has audacity to say why didn’t you go through the drive-through because I was standing there for 10 minutes and waiting for someone to answer and it’s a busy night like it’s not even busy and it’s nice. There’s literally no cars in front of me or behind me completely ignoring me. This is really bad service and I think they should work on this and I would not recommend you to go there if they’re gonna treat you like this shit.

It's a great place to go and get your coffee fast, but made wrong 8 out of 10 times. The big boy at the register will keep your coins without asking when he gives you your change back.
