Aside from understaffed & shift manager fowel mouth it's same as always. Had the other person listen to what she said I don't think she would have had the fowel mouth. Only 2ppl & Long line+ online orders

This was always my go to Dunkies, but they are closed with construction workers inside, the sign down and a letter on the door says it's closed permanently and thank you to all the customers through the years.

Today while waiting for my food order, a man without a mask cuts in front of others, and not keeping his distance while repeatedly asking for a free cup of water. The staff didn't ask him to leave or at least ask him to cover his face. There was a security guard in that building. I wanted to cancel my order but couldn't and I ended up throwing it in the trash and wasting money. Not a good sanitary situation and I better not end up sick. Please consider this, and if security is there, then you have no reason to be afraid of turning away a person not wearing a mask or to be afraid of asking them to cover thier face! Please follow the guidelines to keep your customers safe! I will not return here, minus zero stars deserverd!

This place sucks overall, there is a man who works in the afternoon who is nice, he wears glasses and has a beard. He tries. The women who work here are so rude. I ordered something and I forgot to specify an ingredient, I politely asked if it was made yet, I forgot to say no dairy. It was made, I said I would pay again, it was my fault for not saying it.. one girl says to another, while shaking her head "she wants me to remake it??? I just made this" (while rolling her eyes) The other says "psst what a waste" I said I am right here... and I can hear you...? She said SO!, its going to waste! I said, again... I apologized, asked nicely and offered to pay twice and guess what, I am all set and I am never coming here again, this is how they treat people. Its awful, do not go here unless you want to be treated with disrespect!

Its in a great location, the staff are all friendly and because the high school and college are right by it, it can get busy but they try there hardest to get everything right and if they do get it wrong you can just tell them and they'll remake it for you. If you become a regular like me they do start to remember you. Hope you have a great experience like i do!

Extremely rude staff. I was taking a few moments to *reload my card* aka giving them my money, and the lady at the counter started screaming at me. I'm not giving them my money when they're being rude, you don't just scream at people, you don't know what they're going through. I work customer service and thats not how you treat people. I'll gladly take my money to Gunther Tooties or Starbucks across the street!

Can't start my day without it

I or my boyfriend go to this Dunkin' Donuts often, we have went to this location off and on for a while now. It is in the Presidents Place located in the heart of Quincy Center, this location is always so slow. When I went last there was only one person up front and she seemed overwhelmed. They always get the orders wrong here and there was one man on food/drink prep station also overwhelmed. I ordered food for me and my boyfriend's food and she gave me the wrong sandwich. There is always a line out the door even if there is like two people ahead of you, you wait forever. It might have been a slow day but even when they have lots of people working, the same thing. I try to make coffee at home, so I don't have to go here my boyfriend will go to another near by Dunkin' Donuts to avoid this issue. I say to do the same to avoid stress or go to Starbuck's etc... any other coffee shop. It's kind of a long review, I could go on.

Great location. You can park for an hour near by train station. It has huge seating area next it.

I usually get a small hit chocolate with milk there, but you can get different types of coffee, or tea. You can also get bagels, home fries and doughnuts

If you're looking to come in and wait five times longer than you normally do for a coffee and then eventually get a coffee which in no way shape or form remotely resembles the coffee that you ordered, then this is your place. It's like a crapshoot as to what you're going to get. For instance today I got a medium hot with one cream and when I got it it was black but the tag said cream I took it home put my cream in it sipped it and it was so sweet I immediately got diabetes. Everyone here is the stupidest person alive. They should just lock the doors and never open this place again

Best place to get coffee in the morning, wait is not too long.
