Ordered wake up wraps, eggs were ice cold frozen in the middle. I complained to managment and they required me to come in during certain hours to get a refund. I told them I was working during those hours, they then stated they would send a gift card. That was weeks ago and nothing since. I will not be back.

Additionally, on prior visits--I noticed that this is variability in how my iced matcha latte is made. Consistency in how the beverage is made is never the same.

This morning, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwhich on my way to work and when I was in my car I had opened the sandwich and saw how my sandwich only had one piece of bread. Interesting choice for a sandwich but disappointing.

The customer service here is hit or miss, but there is one evening worker, Kat, who is absolutely delightful. She is always cleaning, never on her phone, and consistently provides excellent service with a great attitude.

That being said, the cleanliness of the establishment itself is concerning. I've frequently noticed bugs, especially in the bathrooms, coming from the sinks and toilets. Additionally, I have seen at least one mouse in the front seating area. These issues make the dining experience less enjoyable and really need to be addressed.

I always go to this dunkin and I Just wanna say how amazing customer service was and this is the first time I received an amazing service and it was from victor he went above and beyond, I really needed a midnight coffee for my long shift he instant offered to brew it for me just wanna say Thank you 🙏 100/10 service

For the third time I passed this place and had a terrible experience, they never do the right things, I ordered a simple sandwich and no one did it, I waited a long time until I asked for my money back, I will never come back

Upon entrance a shift leader was disciplining a young man about backup food in the drawer he was adamantly telling her he understood, however she continued to speak to him as if he was her child in a private setting, the manager did nothing to stop this badgering and embarrassing him, I felt bad for him. I began to order the same thing I order across all of Mass and it became a group effort of how to charge me for 3 times what I pay everywhere else and then itemizing ice, cup, cream, sugar and when I question Ed it she said "I was lucky coz she should charge me more", I commented on the overall negative environment and that j see why everyone there is miserable.
When I asked the manager (since she took over the cashiers job of running reg.) For my receipt because I would be calling corporate, she began attempting to belittle me, my order, because I said I was calling corporate for stealing from. Ppl.
