4:30 pm she said can't make hot cappuccino because is machine is clean!I don't know who runs this place is amazing place clean, but service isn't what expected.

The food was good and the environment was comfortable, but the service attitude of the cashier that day was terrible; it felt like she was discriminating against customers. Here's what happened:
I ordered 50 donuts and a box of coffee through my phone. After placing the order, my phone showed that the payment hadn't gone through. I thought I could pay when I picked up the food. When I arrived at the store, I told the cashier that I had placed the order on my phone but the payment hadn't gone through, and asked what I should do. The cashier (a short girl with glasses) told me expressionlessly that she didn't know how to handle it. I then asked if I could cancel the order on my phone and place a new order at the counter. She said no. I then asked again how I could place an order now. She remained expressionless and said impatiently that she didn't know how to handle it or how to use the phone system. Her attitude was simply discriminatory towards customers. Later, I reluctantly approached another female employee (a slightly overweight woman).
This woman smiled and asked if my name was [my name]. I said yes, and she very kindly told me that the payment would be automatically processed when I picked up the order. I said okay, and then this woman helped me with my order. Her service was excellent. The first cashier, however, needs service training. Her attitude towards customers is problematic; if she doesn't want to work as a cashier, she shouldn't, as she's responsible for the store's service reputation.

Such a beautiful well maintained Dunks. So clean, and the coffee and donuts are dam stellar for such a high paced busy shop.
This Dunks takes pride in being a great establishment!! I will drive there instead of Southern Artery!!

This place is usually rather good, but if you order on the app and they don't have what you ordered they will make it a giant pain to get a refund for something they can't give you. I'm writing this as when it happened in the past the store was busy so I gave it a pass, but most recently this happened when the drive through and the store were empty, so this has to be official Dunkin policy to never give refunds without an unnecessarily large fight even when they cannot fulfill the order.

Never order form delivery, every time I try to order an extra toasted bagel with cream cheese I either get the bagel white, or no cream cheese, or both. Really pisses me off when I’m at work and want a bagel in the morning and don’t have time to go.

Staff is really great! Highly recommend. However, some repeat customers seem to make sitting inside a challenge as they'll take up multiple seats/tables, or can be loud and disruptive at time. Staff handles these interactions well and are always professional.

My girlfriend comes back to me after the night crew ruined her drink. instead of telling her they were cleaning the espresso machine, they gave her practically a cup of milk which was clearly not her order. my girlfriend and i both have worked in customer service and this is some awful service do better. im not giving you my money for that kind of service.
Don’t bother coming here later in the day. Morning staff is very efficient, kind, and makes my coffee right with no issues every time. The two younger ladies with glasses are both very socially awkward and don’t seem to have any deductive reasoning. If there’s barely any expresso left because you’re getting ready to clean the machine, then communicate that before charging me for a latte that tasted like sugary milk.

The person who took my order was polite, but he charged me incorrectly for one item and it added a couple of dollars to the bill.

Drive thru person was rude for me asking a simple question of how much change I handed them when they asked for more money. Wasn’t the money that was the issue , more than happy to pay my amount just the way I was spoken too when I didn’t retaliate with any aggression over the matter.
The person she was training though was very nice. Her not so much.
