I’ve always loved Dunkin’, so I was excited to visit this small location, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. There were two employees, and both were extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in their jobs.
When I politely asked for a receipt, the male employee made an irritated face, and the woman was openly dismissive and unfriendly throughout the interaction. Their attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable, and this level of poor customer service does not reflect the Dunkin’ brand I know and enjoy.

I love going to their dunkin' donuts they served very well the customer is they are very helpful when I came in the door very nice people I go there all the time and I like going there I would recommend that store that I went to cuz it was very nice and they're very helpful and the place was very clean I see the people there cleaning all the time I've seen them clean the bathrooms everything it was very nice and clean

If I can I’ll definitely give 0 star or -10 ! Bad service women. I Bought one larger drink she Wasn't filled up And almost whole cup ice. I was ask her it’s normal ? She’s super rude say it’s normal. Definitely not go back anymore. If you don't enjoy this job, why not choose one you like instead of doing something so negative?
UPDATE Visited this Dunkin' for the first time in a while, and it still beats most of the other branches in the area despite its unassuming exterior. While the donuts from the other locations have shrunk in size, the glazed donut that I got from here was the same size as I remembered, and it didn't have the old oil taste. There was also a sign saying that they added more to the menu, so that is an update since my last review. Last but not least, the person working was friendly.

This was worse drive thru coffee I ever had in my life. Dunkin's employee (lady) was a real nightmare for me. She was super rude and ruin company reputation 100000%. Her reacts to customer and treats like I was there to beg for free coffee, after I tried to explain to a cashier at the window that my payment it seems didn't go through but it was deducted from my bank twice already, wicked staff was interrupted during our conversation that I have to be in a line from the beginning and start ordering once again. But her face and her reacts was unacceptable so I didn't order again. I recently moved in this area, I used to live in Washington state (Seattle) the way of customers service is way better than this and care about customers unless you refuse to have me to be your new customer then I don't mind back to Starbucks like before. To the terrible employee today , I suggest you to get some other job. You not fit for something like this. 0 star should be worth for her.
