11/9/24, went inside to order with my friend who happens have a severe gluten allergy around 5pm. Right away when she informed the cashier of this and that she wanted no bread with her meal, he started chuckling and giving her looks and making her feel uncomfortable. He most definitely appeared to be under the influence of something and was giving us terrible service all while overall being rude and unwelcoming. We won’t be back.

Anytime of the morning or afternoon..the manager and his full staff are the nicest most courteous folks always with a smile and treat customers wonderfully..And the best crew to always get the orders right..never ever have I had a issue here..Kudos!!

To the staff on shift October 5th 7:30: you brunt my croissant, and the cold brew tastes burnt. This Dunkin used to be my favorite until this day, please work on that
They charged me twice for ONE coffee. Personnel originally said my debit card was declined so I then swiped my credit card. When I checked my checking account I saw the additional charge. Also the number posted here for the business does not work.
