Yesterday I ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese. The woman repeated it back to me(like she was shocked). I said yes. I got and it was just butter. I tried again today, it was just cream cheese. I returned it and got the same bagel, now cold with a slab of butter thrown on top of the cream cheese. I walked in back in and tried so hard to explain, butter the bagel and then put cream cheese on it. She put cream cheese on one side and butter on the other side. I explained it again. I ended up with a raw bagel with cream cheese and butter on one side and cream cheese with a pad of butter on the top of the other side. Ya I know, I’m a fat ass but I was treated like I was asking for a kidney. I’ll go to another Dunkin’s. It’s not as if they’re so far away from each other. Lady at the window was nice.

The food is the same which is okay, but the quality of the donuts has gone down over the years. And the coffee is worst than the coffee I got in the Army. It looks like muddy water and tastes like turpentine. I got a cold brew coffee and it has to be the worse I have ever had. I will definitely visiting the porcelain god later .

Fourth time, last time. 50% of the times I've been there this year, I have gotten the wrong sandwich (There's like 3 or types of meat and 4 types of bread that could go wrong.) There is a littel old White lady and when I order from her, always correct. So today Aug 11th, 2025, I walked 6 miles an treated myself to a sandwich at Dunkin Donuts. The is a young lady behind the counter translated the order to people making the sandwich. I asked her what kinds of meats go with this and she makes some rude comment about how she would never eat food from the place she is working at. I took it to mean she felt superior to me, maybe because of the way she looked at me or what she said. Now, ever time there is an interaction between me and her, she turns around and mutters in her dialect to her coworkers and they stink eye me and usually start laughing. This is before I get my change and tip her, I was thinking of Mr. Pink when it came time for their tip. I sit down, take a bite, it is not what I ordered, I bring it back; no apologies, the lady in the back way overcooks a new one and hands it to me with a scowl, as though I was in the wrong. I literally ordered one sandwich and there was an old couple at a table, and at least 5 workers behind the counter. I sit down to eat it, a guy walks in, blonde hair, blue eyes; he asks to use the restroom first, the lady tells him to push the door open and walks out of eyesight and earshot. Door is still locked when the guy tries it. This happens three times, with the foreign commentary and laughing at him each time. As he walked by I said it was too bad it wasn't being filmed cause this is what all the commercials are like. He got the joke, she (the button pusher) didn't and stink eyed me again. I don't want to say these people are racist and I didn't vote for Trump either time, but they are and I assure you democrats that this kind of behavior helped put him into office.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute horrid service, 2 visits both yielded the same snotty, rude staff who seemed bothered by having to do their job. They make the entire company look incompetent and lazy. Never will visit this location again.

Every single time I come to this location my drink is made wrong. These employees need more training on how to correctly make the drinks. A few of them are also very rude.
Terrible staff, very unprofessional and unwilling to help in anyway. Ive been going here since Ive been alive and service has been on a downward trend. Not a single person can take an order correctly and when I questioned them about my incorrect order I was met with an audible sigh from the older lady with glasses as if I was an inconvenience to them.

Since the renovations, this location has provided a good experience. There were issues with the bathroom looks for a while but now it's been fixed. The folks here are generally very friendly and I haven't had an incorrect order.Regrettably the atmosphere in the morning is quite disruptive with a large group of students from the local middle school. While I have no problem with them as patrons of the establishment, they are respectful of the space. They bother other patron but asking them for money, leave messes and speak rudely to each other. Avoid from 745 to 815 if you can.
