Since the renovations, this location has provided a good experience. There were issues with the bathroom looks for a while but now it's been fixed. The folks here are generally very friendly and I haven't had an incorrect order.Regrettably the atmosphere in the morning is quite disruptive with a large group of students from the local middle school. While I have no problem with them as patrons of the establishment, they are respectful of the space. They bother other patron but asking them for money, leave messes and speak rudely to each other. Avoid from 745 to 815 if you can.

They charge there employees and they don’t put in a good a good enough effort like any regular Dunkin’ Donuts would i’m willing to go father, and pay more just to avoid

Hash Brown all burned, the edge hard & overall mushy, Sandwich croissants were also burned & and dark, two americano coffees were too dark & bitter.Recommand this branch staff gets a little more training how to serve foods promtly...

I had a good experience here unlike all the other people who wrote a review. I guess I was here at the right time of day. My order was a frozen pecan coffee and it was yummy!

Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and got 1 slice of burnt toast with the toppings…was this meant to be an open faced sandwich??? No. This is the 2nd time I have experienced poor service or incomplete/incorrect order from this particular DD.

You would think you’d want to be a tad bit cheerful working at a coffee shop especially early during the day, probably when someone is starting their day and definitely don’t want to start it off with some misery through the drive-thru. If your not personable even under certain stress then maybe a drive-thru speaker or window isn’t for you especially being the manager…

Horrible experience at this location with just the manager Adriana she is completely rudeSometimes I go through drive through sometimes I go inside the store ( to avoid her ) on both occasions I have caught her yelling at her employees & yelling at customersShe’s horrible and needs to goThe lady’s there in the morning are awesome I thank you all except the manager it’s so sad they gotta put up with her

Every time I go they get my order completely wrong. You ask for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and I promise you’ll only get 1-2 pieces of bacon. They’re always talking and super rude. Or they try hitting on your husbands.
