Every time I come to this café, I feel a clear sense of discrimination. The way they treat people is completely different depending on who you are. Their attitude toward male customers is especially hostile and annoyed, as if they don’t want you there at all.

This time was even worse — they handed me a cup that was only half full. Every time I order, they show obvious impatience, eye-rolling, and dismissive body language. It’s very clear they don’t care whether customers come back. They only care about their own mood at the moment.

Honestly, after multiple experiences like this, I wouldn’t recommend anyone spending their money here.

I order 2 order Munchkins only gave me 3 pieces, it should be 2x 3piece = 6 pieces, and I only got 3 pieces , when I run back ask them , the front desk lady so rude and keep say she already gave my whole order cause I bring the Empty bag back ( my kids put whole order on table to let me
Take picture , and I show them pictures they just say why you bring empty bags back cause you eat already ,do I need to run back because 3 pieces munchkins ? Of course, I paid for it and they need to gave me my order back , but they refused!They should check camera , this is not first time short on the order . Also they are rude to Asian customers cause we don’t speak fully English !

Usually I used to go for buy coffee after 1pm and this Dounkin donuts staff is so unprofessional behavior to customers. they treat to customer like we asked for free.

Did a mobile order for a frozen coffee and when I came to pick it up, was told that the machine wasn’t working but that the one worker on shift, he will try to fix it. I said it was fine because he was clearly busy and I would just want a refund but he wasn’t able to process a refund as he continuously said “I’m not a manager“ and told me I could come back the next day for a refund. He then gave some excuse for why the machine wasn’t working then proceeded to make me the drink, but said it will come out watery (which it did). Sounds like he just doesn’t know what he’s doing. If there is not a manager or person of leadership on duty, then the location should not be open if you cannot run total operations, like fixing a broken machine or processing transactions.

Quite easily the worst Dunkin in Quincy if not the whole Boston area. The customer service is despicable starting from the mangers on down. It's no wonder why there are always new faces behind the counter when I go in. Tables are always dirty there's never napkins and I always seem to get some kind of smart comment from the staff. I really wish this one wasn't so close to my house. Do better Dunkin I used to really enjoy this place. I'd rather go out of the way to avoid this place if I know there's another Dunkin on my route. Judging by the majority of comments about this particular Dunkin I think I speak for Quincy when I say it's time to do something.

Employees state that they are out of the ingredients for my order, and cannot give me a refund after texting the manager which I asked them to call several times, supposedly attempted to call the manager who the employee stated is not picking up the phone. The employee tells me that I can take my receipt that shows that I paid them and go to another location to get my order but states that he cannot contact another location to inform them of the situation and that I would be picking up from that location without paying.

The old lady at the front who is kind of short is nice. But the cook today was very rude. She called out my order and I walked up with my hands waving but she didn’t see me and told me “do you know how to speak?” I’ve worked at the dunks at north Quincy and I don’t speak to customers like that. Never coming here again.

I Had time ask the girl at the counter 3 times to remake my coffee cause she kept adding sugar to it and didn't seem to understand. I'm diabetic so I am really cautious to what I eat and drink.

Ordered the 4 piece muffin heated with butter ! Know heat no butter only 3 in a bag instead of a tray..

As well as my strawberry calotta..no coffee and blueberry..3 chocolate chip..
For 30 dollars!
I want my money back.. it was a delivery.
