Only donuts in the shelves and you do not know when it was prepared.

Horrendous, incorrigible, atrocious. 3 times in a row they've messed up my drink. I specifically ask for decaf, and every time I get the worst heart palpitations. After the third time, they told me that the manager is too cheap to get decaf, so "Alicia" tells them to give people regular coffee without their knowledge. I could end up in the hospital over this, I'm absolutely livid. I'm considering suing. On top of this, the hygiene standards are that of third world street food. I saw a portly black woman scratching her butt, then grabbing the coffee cup with that same hand, leaving brown/yellowish streaks on them. I can't even put it into words how disgusting it was. On top of that, there's regular screaming and fighting among the employees. Do not come here under any circumstances

it was a busy Sunday morning between 7 and 9am a tall women who was standing in the register take my order was 2,79$ I give her 5$ and I ask to keep the change but I just walk away and she put the 5$ in tips jar they need to hire honest people not people with gps on

This is the dirtiest most unprofessional dunkins I ever been to... I'm absolutely outraged by the service I received from my fellow race I'm sry but those guys you have working there need to be fired. They are so slow at taking one guy just stands in the back n watch the other guy struggle. NOBODY washes they hands. I work to buildings down show up 30 mins EARLY for work n my order still isn't ready! I'm not joking y'all need to shut this place down real talk. Absolutely HORRIBLE

It’s ridiculous how every Sunday there’s only 2 employees on site . While there’s a line of customers waiting. I feel bad for these two people working there today because they’re dealing with stress all day and have to rush through their shit because there’s not enough help but it’s their fault why ? Remember businesses don’t care how you feel or if you sick or not all they care about is profits, if you two don’t speak up about how impossible it is to work on Sunday where there’s no help they’ll not do anything.Say something ask for help don’t stay silent .

Worst Dunks location in Quincy! Filthy, you could hear the lady making the food yelling at another employee to take the queso out the trash can! Waited way too long for the loaded hash browns that was missing the bacon and didn't have a fork. Very overwhelmed staff
I ordered three times at this place and they messed up my coffee three times. I clearly said three caramel swirls in my latte but nope there’s no caramel swirls in it. SMH, what’s so hard to put in caramel swirls in the damn coffee. Better tell your employees to make sure they do it correct next time.

The person taking my order didn’t give the proper instructions to the person who made my drink. I have a heart condition and was given a drink with caffeine, that could have sent me to the hospital, instead of the decaf I ordered. The person making drinks remade it for me. This location also skimps on the serving sizes compared to other Dunkin locations. The snackin bacon I ordered was half the size of what I get at other locations.

Ice macchiato was like carrion, they probably put water instead of milk, then I came for another pickup, they couldn't deliver the order they made the ready notification for 15 minutes

Around 12:30 PM, the older, thin, blonde Caucasian woman at the counter was undoubtedly a racist. I am Asian, and I ordered an Americano and a Boston cream donut to-go. Despite the Americano being a simple order, I did not receive my drink until everyone who ordered after me had received theirs. Her attitude was not polite, and her tone was condescending. Irritated, she practically threw my Americano at me without even announcing it was ready and just glared at me before walking away. To make matters worse, when I got home and opened the package, I found that I received the cheapest original glazed donut instead of the Boston cream donut I ordered. I am extremely angry. This garbage location needs an audit from the head office, and I will continuously file complaints with Dunkin' Donuts about this. It's astonishing that people still exhibit racism. I could have made happy memories in Boston, but thanks to you, I had the worst and most unpleasant experience.

Bad service I just order iced coffee online 2 minutes ago. after I came iced coffee came without the ice I order 3 cream 3sugar taste like zero sugar!
