Staff literally forgot about our drink after she took our order, which was a simple iced latte. Traffic was light in the store at the time and we were one of the 3 parties standing in the pick-up area to wait for the drink. But staffs were chatting and hanging around instead of making drinks. We had to ask for them to realize that we were waiting for the iced latte. Honestly not expecting some high quality drinks or services from a Dunkin but this is a bit ridiculous to another level.

Friendly service. The men's restroom had dried fecal matter on it, the walls were splattered with droplets of blood near the sink, there was trash on the floor and the sink and mirror obviously had been been dirty for a long time.
