I've had orders incorrectly made from here many times before. Including no meat in my sandwich, & my decaf being regular coffee (dangerous for people with heart conditions, etc). There was a sign visible saying not to be on cellphones which is kind of hilarious and explains why it was so bad, though with some of the employees I've had to deal with it's questionable if they know the language the orders are written in. There are two Dunkin' locations on Adams St.—one in Quincy and the other in Milton. This one is the former. It is located in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking, and it is easy to turn into and out of.

I went during lunch on a weekday, and there were many donuts still available and a steady stream of customers.
