I order 6 big cheese burgers and 3 drinks including milk shake. I’m asking a small bad for peanuts they usually give out for free. I’m coming alone. I’m worried that I can’t hold 2 peanut trays (I don’t have extra hand) so i asked for a small bag for it. The manger with black shirt with black hat refused to provide me one and expressed very rude altitudes like “what I can’t give you a bag”

Best burgers ever, the service is great too. The only improvement I'll suggest is when you order via the app, you get the notification that your order is ready before it's actually ready, they began to prepare until you arrive.

Got a hot dog that was good but also a large soda. The soda on both machines were stale no matter what flavor you’d choose. Told one of the employees about it she said they’d take care of it but never did, didn’t get to enjoy my drink

This Five Guys in Quincy, MA 02169 delivers the best-tasting food I've experienced at any other Five Guys. Food is delicious, flavored well to my taste and liking. The food here is the best treat I give myself after a hard day's work. I love the taste and texture of their burgers and hot dogs. And the staff are always polite and friendly! The Cajun Fries are extraordinarily tasty with the right touch of seasoning and flavor. Do yourself a favor and stop in for the best food experience I continue to have each time I treat myself, friends and family!

Pretty sure they were only four guys, but the fries were fantastic!
Standard 5 Guys experience. Burgers were ok, staff was awesome! Prices were pretty high though, but it's been awhile since I've been to a 5 Guys.
Parking: Downtown Quincy, parking wasn't the best, had to park in city hall lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get in building.

My daughter and I love 5 Guys but will not be returning to the Quincy location. I asked for cooked onions and peppers and received raw vegetables. When I shared this with the workers, I was chastised for not speaking loud enough. Then the female manager (I’m assuming bc she wrote a black cap instead of red) begins to speak badly about the customers in Kreyòl. Basically complaining about doing her job and blaming the customers for a tough day. Extremely unprofessional! We will not return! And after reading the other comments; you should also find a different location if you love the food.

Burger lovers, listen up! Five Guys is my favorite place to build a burger my way. Lots of free toppings! I always add onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard, but you can add whatever you want! The fries are another level: hand-cut and fried in peanut oil! In the case of the branch I chose, they were from Idaho. And the portions? Giants!
