The quality of the hamburgers went down so badly. We used to eat at five guys a lot because the hamburgers and all the toppings were so delicious and high quality. Today we ate dinner with our two kids and we paid $52, but it was worth not more than $20. The patties were thin like paper and had no taste. They were so blend and dry. The French fries were soggy! I will NEVER take my family to Five Guys again! The prices were went up, but the quality wasn’t the same at all! So disappointing! It was a total waste of money ?

Order was delayed. Called twice. First time employee told me food has been collected by Uber driver. Second time told me food was waiting to be collected. Asked for a compensatory meal due to my order being delayed and manager told employee company can’t do that. Where is the customer service here.. disgraceful!!!

I placed a mobile order in the evening and everything was perfect. The employees work hard, very fast paced. I’m sure they deserve a raise. My only complaint is that as soon as I walked in, the place WREAKED of body odor; I kind of lost my appetite. Thankfully, I ordered for takeout, lol. The veggie sandwich was delicious

whenever I order only food from GrubHub, no issue. HOWEVER, if you order a shake, you will NEVER GET THE ORDER. I have tried 4x on different occasions. I thought it was GrubHub forgetting it but when I call both them and the restaurant, the driver says it was never given and the restaurant always admits to never noticing it on the order. 4x! Like I said, food delivery is amazing and food taste great but just don't order drinks because you will never get it.

Burgers are good and filling. Only order regular fries. They load you up with so much more. The fries are natural! The burgers are on the greasy side.Service is a bit slow. The workers take their time I feel and no rush to get you the food. Not a good place to go to if you are in a rush to get in and out with lunch.Parking: There is a paid parking garage on the back side of the building. Entrance is on Saville Ave. then walk through the building and come out the entrance on Hancock St and turn left to go to Five Guys.If you drive around a bit there is plenty of street parking with 1 hour free parking.

It's a premium burger joint that means it's above average in the quality of the meat. It is pricey. One combo is average 13

I've always liked Five Guys and was happy when they opened a location in Quincy. Their shakes and fries are some of the best that I've had and the burgers are on the higher end of fast-food.Unfortunately the price is restrictive and makes this a "special treat" type of experience instead of someplace you can go to on a regular basis.Still, the cost is higher than the food quality or portions justify and it's a very small space where you don't want to stay to eat-in.Parking: Street parking only and it's on a main street so most people have to double-park to run in and pick up their order.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading up to the door but it is a little steep and the room at the top makes is a little hard to open the door.

Really disappointed ☹️ I love five guys. Usually I leave feeling very full, but not this time. I’ve visited this location before and swore the burgers were bigger and the fries also were a lot more in quantity. Other locations haven’t given me this experience. The burger was the size of a McDonald’s burger. That’s sad considering it cost $12 for a burger. I also had an upset stomach for the rest of the night. I’ll never come here again! I spent almost $50 on 2 burgers, 1 lg fry 2 drinks and a shake, only to leave still hungry.

I think this location is more expensive than other Five Guys, but I'm not sure. The Bacon Cheese Dog tasted good but it cost $10 and wasn't very filling and I've been noxious for hours now. The woman taking my order checked her phone in the middle of our brief encounter. It seriously wasn't that bad of an experience but my stomach seriously hurts.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich, which is basically a burger without a burger.

Waited 30 minutes just for shake. Had people who came in after me get theirs before me. Horrible customer service.

I had a very terrible experience with this place. The cashier treated me not nicely and I wish this place will move away.

Waited five minutes before I could even order, despite no line. Forgot my milk shake. French fries tasted weird. Put none of the toppings I ordered. I caution people about eating
