We've been ordering Fratelli's cakes for my children's birthdays for 4 years now and they always make it amazing!! We've done everything from Blues Clues, to Minnie Mouse, to Superkitties and everytime I'm shocked at how amazing they turn out. This year was my daughter's 4th bday and the look on her face when she saw her Minnie Mouse cake was absolutely worth its weight in gold. Thank you so much!

I stopped by this bakery on work break the day before the Fourth of July. While I understand it was a bit busy, it wasn’t overwhelming — which made the experience all the more disappointing.
Right from the start, there was confusion about where the line formed. Another customer and I were trying to figure it out when an employee with orange(red head or whatever) hair spoke to us in an unnecessarily rude and dismissive way. A little patience and kindness would’ve gone a long way.
I ordered a walnut brownie and a sugar cookie, but was given the wrong cookie (one with red sprinkles). Unfortunately, both items tasted freezer-burned — dry and lacking any fresh flavor. For a bakery, freshness should be a given, especially on a holiday weekend.
Mistakes happen, and things get busy, but the staff’s attitude matters just as much as the food. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and it’s disappointing when that’s not the case.

Excellent bakery! The cannoli and lobster rolls made it all the way to Florida because of the packaging love by the staff, thank you. We shared a Sfogliatella with our Italian neighbor and she agrees that the pastries are delicious and are real Italian baking.

Fratelli's makes the best cakes on the South Shore! I got the Black Forest cake for Xmas dessert and it was delicious, authentic, using real whipped cream, cherries and chocolate cake layers! Yummy!
