I ordered my sons birthday cake here and man oh man let me tell you, my son absolutely enjoyed his cake. The cake was just right not too sweet. How the cake came out was absolutely amazing. When I picked up the cake I wanted to cry of pure happiness, the creator of this cake did an absolutely amazing job. The customer service was beyond top notch, from placing my order, going over details with Marie to the very end where I picked it up was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a birthday cake and cookie trays. Everything was delicious as usual. The cake was beautiful. I asked for an orchid design. The potted orchid design was exceptional. They even put chocolate looking stones in the pot. Thank you! My only regret is that Fratellis does not have a bakery here in Illinois.

Ordered a custom superhero cake for my son and will recommend them to everyone! I made some slight adjustments to something from the website and the cake turned out even better than the photos, tasted absolutely delicious and all our guests(especially the birthday boy!) were thrilled. Pretty good value - chocolate cake serving ~12-16 people cost $28. Cheaper than most other places except maybe generic supermarket cakes. I always love the chocolate/strawberry/raspberry combo so this cake was a big hit for me!

I've been ordering a Yule log every year for the past few years. It's absolutely delicious and I would recommend it to anyone! My only nitpick is that I noticed there's a "Merry Christmas" decoration that's put on the log every year, so this year, I asked for it not to be there and the message must've gotten lost in translation. It's a Yule log for celebrating Yule, so I just found it a little silly that it was there to begin with. Otherwise, the quality is amazing. Perfect, fluffy frosting and moist cake. I'll likely order it again next Yule, but I suppose I'll just have to be more careful with my wording
