Our early New Year's Eve dinner was delicious. Our server was excellent, and the table was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy conversation. The appetizers and entrées were outstanding, and we all tried dessert. The raspberry shortbread was my favorite!
Everything was fantastic from the minute we walked in. I had mentioned in my reservation note that it was our anniversary and the host immediately wished us a happy anniversary. They had a nice quiet table for us and the manager came over shortly after we were sat and wished us a happy anniversary and offered us complimentary glasses of champagne, which was so nice. She even offered to take our photo. The service throughout was attentive, super friendly and efficient. The food, as usual, was delicious. When we were done, the server brought us a nice dessert that was also on the house and again wished us a happy anniversary. Everyone really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make it a special night. And it felt genuine rather than forced or obligatory. It's the kind of personal attention that you don't see much anymore, and it was appreciated and made our night. Great staff and wonderful sushi.

Apps/sides: Seafood Soup, Tuna lettuce wraps, Seaweed Salad; Mains: Unagi Bomb, Spicy Tuna roll and Spider roll. Each perfectly executed, beautiful, and delicious. Service was warm, attentive and also let us catch up and take our time--also perfect. We three split all. Truly everything was delicious. I think safe to say we can all think of Fuji WOC as the standard for sushi and such and so judge all others by it. My non-eel loving companions (so they thought-it was only the IDEA of eel, not the reality) even tried the eel I ordered and loved that, too. Fuji WOC is the bomb!
