Delicious a la carte sushi that's a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Extremely friendly staff who know the extensive menu well. The outdoor seating option is nice and they were kind enough to clean off a table for us on a day they seemingly didn't plan to open the outdoor seats.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and usually enjoy my visits, but tonight was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I arrived around 10:15 PM, well before closing at 11, yet from the moment I sat down, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. My server, Mindy, rushed me through every part of the meal — barely gave me time to look at the menu, and made it clear she was ready to leave rather than serve her guests. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing dinner.

If this had been my first visit, I would never come back. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was honestly shocking, especially from a place I’ve supported so many times. The only redeeming part of the night was speaking with Richard, the manager, who was kind and apologetic — but the damage was already done.

I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because no guest should ever be made to feel rushed and unwelcome, especially before closing time.

Have been coming here since it opened, so that makes it 6 years or so (?). This is still the best bet in the whole of South Shore for a high-quality dinner and a great mixed drink. There were some fluctuations in quality over COVID, but our last two visits have been as excellent as in the old times. Great sushi, surprisingly good Chinese and Japanese food, excellent drink. The prices are on the high side of the spectrum but frequently worth it. The atmosphere is great, but not loving the shift in the music they have been playing lately. We have been missing Jimmy behind the sushi counter (with him in the kitchen, everything is that much better), but understand he's been busy with other projects.

The sushi was exceptionally fresh and the service was top notch. Our server, Cindy, made sure we found all the best parts of the menu and ordered the perfect amount of food. The place has a clean and contemporary interior and the ikura with quail egg was superb.
