To the man that answers the phone at Fusion Kitchen…shame on you. Not only were you unprofessional, but extremely disrespectful and for no reason.
We ordered through Postmates and waited 10 minutes past the expected delivery time - which was a little over an hour later from ordering. I called Fusion Kitchen for an update on delivery and the man who answered said it was delivered. I told him that it wasn’t and he asked about a different street in our town and I said no and told him the correct one (which would be on the app). He then said he would have the driver go back to the wrong address and grab the food and then deliver it to us. My husband said he wouldn’t want food that’s been sitting at another persons house and to please send new food. There was no answer for some time and the man hung up. We waited another 20 minutes and still no food was delivered and Fusion didn’t call back, so we called them back and the man who answered was irritable and saying that my husband was being unreasonable asking for new food. Started mocking him and then told him “Jesus, you talk too much… stop talking.” We now are complaining to Postmates and waiting to see what can be done since apparently our food being delivered to the wrong address (which isn’t our fault or Fusion kitchens fault) and asking for new food is ridiculous. Not only did the man in a joking voice say “oh you want new food??” but when my husband said yes he went silent and hung up on my husband again. NEVER ordering from here again which is a shame because all we’ve heard is that the food is delicious.
If you have any delivery problems…you’re on your own.
Do better and hire more friendly staff.

We were very sick after eating here!!! Staff doesn't speak English!!! We weren't given all our leftover food.....not that we would want it after being so sick! Don't waste your time and MONEY!

Ordered the veggie fried rice and it was not fresh. It also hardly had any veggies and eggs. Mostly just stale white rice. The coke was flat and got charged for refills. The service was also bad. I had a hard time getting the waitress attention. It was noisy in the restaurant. I was looking forward to the experience but left disappointed.

The seafood, shrimp and scallops, was a bit over done, but the flavor was generally pretty good. Somehow my veggie fried rice was low on veggies and a little undercooked. This was all for takeout.
