I placed an order through the app, and when I went to pick it up, I asked the staff for a bag. I didn’t realize she had already prepared it for me—and she even wrote me a sweet little note! I noticed it later and wanted to call to thank her, but I couldn’t reach anyone, so I decided to write my thanks here instead. It really warmed my heart. She’s so kind and thoughtful—thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back because of her ❤️
my go-to boba tea place in quincy! the boba tea is good & i'd definitely recommend trying all kinds of tea there including limited edition ones. even during limited time events where they give free stuff such as the pins or the final fantasy event, the items r cute and i could definitely make it work w/ everyday fashion!! the workers r friendly too and the atmosphere is quiet, but if its busy it can be a bit chatty there hahaha 😂 the service is good & the wait...
Way understaffed. Came in and there was only one employee in the entire store. He had to take everyone’s order since the wall machine wasn’t working, and then had to make them all. He also kept having to retype everything from one tablet into an iPad on ten register that slowed him down. He was working so fast but couldn’t keep up with people coming in while being totally alone.
