Way understaffed. Came in and there was only one employee in the entire store. He had to take everyone’s order since the wall machine wasn’t working, and then had to make them all. He also kept having to retype everything from one tablet into an iPad on ten register that slowed him down. He was working so fast but couldn’t keep up with people coming in while being totally alone.

Recently got the strawberry milk tea from Gong Cha it was pretty good. Love that they used strawberry jelly type mixture inside the drink so it doesn't overwhelm the milk tea itself. Would recommend! Plus look how adorable the cup prints are

Very regular customer here, I think this is the best affordable boba in Quincy! SUPER fast service, they usually have my drink ready before i even finish paying! Out of the dozens of orders I place they have never messed up an in person order but they have gotten deliveries wrong before. (This is still like 2 bad orders out of 150 good ones)
