I know this place is under new management. The owners are super friendly. Have eaten hear twice since under their management for dinner. The service is great. Food comes out fast and tastes delicious. The servers are quick to clear dishes and they are updating the inside and it's looking great. Just look at this food don't understand these reviews. The food is so fresh
I used to order here from time to time. Yesterday I went for some dimsum and felt that everything was pretty bland. Tonight, 11.03 my friend ordered dinner and for sure not coming back. Heard that there's a new owner and and management changed. Ordered shrimp (wasn't fresh), veggies (had some weird taste and or course nobody was able to eat it because it had a bunch of sand) and I bet they didn't wash the wok after cooking it because our fried rice had sand in it too. So, I basically paid for something that was not eatable. Thanks.
Order a curry beef rice box take outIt was not curry. The biggest issue is finding plastic wrapper in my food. I accidentally chewed on it and spit it right out. Not going here again.
Recently under new management. DON'T BOTHER. New host was rude with some underlying attitude and food quality is worse than before, if you can believe it. Served cold frozen food.
The dim sum was great, but how they run their business is terrible. When I went to go pay my bill I was told that they do not accept credit card despite there being no sign anywhere in the restaurant stating that. Luckily I had enough cash on me. However I saw the table next to me pay their bill with a credit card. I went to ask the manager why I was not able to pay with credit and she gave me a half assed excuse of "oh that customer didn't have any cash so we did them a favor by accepting their credit card". Unbelievable.
I came to have lunch around 2:30pm, and the restaurant was pretty empty as the lunch rush passed. We were thinking, service would be quick having lunch here since we were in a hurry. It turned out, the service was so slow. Completely confused since the restaurant had about 5 small tables to serve... our food came out about 25 minutes after we put the orders in (and mind you, it's simple noodle and fried rice entrees). Nothing complicated to make and serve to us. Not only that, service wasn't great either. This place has gone down in service and in general. I can't help but to notice the condition of this restaurant inside. It's hot, dirty and smelly. It was about 80F today, and there were no air conditioning on. After the meal, we immediately left! To be honest, I'm not sure if I would come back because everything was below standards for us.
**REPOSTING BECAUSE IT GOT REMOVED!** All I can say is don't waste your time! This was my 5th time throwing a party here and I told the boss I would never bring him business anymore. Aside from me, my friends and families who also throw our parties here ... this time would be our last. How can you run a customer servicing business and allow your employees to condescend your customers, whom is paying you. We booked 11 tables and was told that they'll section the whole dining area for our private party...well, that didn't happen. I told the owner, ok, after these people leave then no more new customers. I figured I was being understanding. The food was a bit salty this time compared to the last party there, maybe they got a new chef. That wasn't a big deal. Parking is horrible but we already knew that. The bathrooms are dirty and sometimes lacking hand soap, but we already knew that. The real issue is, their staff is horrible. After the party, the boss asked the wife if we would like to leave a 15% for the staff...I was overall happy so I didn't mind it. The boss said, apply it to this amount and so we did. Out of no where, a waitress came and grabbed the money and talked to boss. Where did she come from? Haven't seen her all night...must have came from the smaller restuarant from behind for some extra money. You would figured that of the amount given was low then they'll politely ask for more. This waitress was complaining in front of my entire party to include, in translation, "this b**** didn't tip enough, tell this b**** to clean the tables." If you can look pass horrible condescending service (I blew up and yelled at all of them)...well, their food is now below average. Try if you want to, the choice is yours. My recommendation is to don't waste your time and money.
Bad service and food. Under cook fish and Bland taste. Probably not a good place for a party. They have dirty bathroom with no handsoap. Wait staff swearing at you for tipping 15% cause of poor service. Just dont for it go here. Let them go out of business
1. Terrible Customer Service 2. Gold Digging, Tip Seeking Servers 3. Salty & Below Par Food 4. Dirty Bathrooms With No Soap or Paper Towels 5. A Boss that needs a lesson (or two or even three) on how to do business!!! ... and I can go on and on and on with the many reasons why you should NEVER eat here! It's one thing that the food isn't good.. but the filthy, dirty bathrooms along with such poor customer service cannot be excused! I highly suggest everyone avoid this place!!
I've came here several times with family and friends. The taste of their food is actually good. The dim sum ladies were always attentive to us although the space is tightly cramped. Nighttime dinner is also good. My problem is with the bosses up front. They sometimes charge extra things to your bills without any warning or explanation. We were overcharged a dollar or two on some occasions which they said was due to price changes. That's fine. However, we were recently appalled when we saw an "Add Extra $6.00" under one dish for no reason. This was a take-out order on a really busy day. Clearly their menu and their computer are never updated or they like to charge based on how they feel at that moment. Go to now is South Garden. Prices are higher but so is the food quality.

There were nothing to eat here. The choice of food is very limited. The food cart always skipped our table. The service was horrible. There are many better Chinese food around here. Don't come.
I went here with my family for a Father's day dinner celebration. The staff seemed very accommodating when we mentioned a member of our party had a seafood allergy and was compliant in altering some of our dishes. However, the service from this point on declined. While I was eating one of the dishes, I noticed that there were small pieces of sauteed shrimp. The person in my family that had the allergy to seafood also suffered a mild reaction to the food within the hour of consuming it. Although we had explicitly mentioned to the staff about the allergy prior to ordering and it was, they did not offer any thing to compensate or remedy the situation when this was brought up at the end of the meal except to "see a doctor". In addition to this, our other dishes arrived late without rice or utensils. It took us about 10 minutes before we could bring the situation to a waitress's attention since the establishment was understaffed. Overall the food was too salty and very mediocre for the price. TL;DR - the food is too salty. While the staff may seem accommodating to allergies, ultimately I would not trust this restaurant again for another dinner.
First time having Dim Sum. Dont know what I ate other than chicken feet. All was good. The egg pastry thing was good too.
Was subpar. Food did not taste very fresh. Crab Rangoon was too burnt and the overall quality was poor. I would not come back. It felt like they were trying to stuff too many tables into one room.
Good food for decent prices, they also offer lunch specials if you don't like dim sum.
