I had a great time at hotpot one! Service was perfect and the food was great. I didn’t have to wait long for drinks or meats. I’d definitely come again and I’d give this a five star. To make this place absolutely perfect would be an addition of crab rangoons as an appetizer :)

First time eating here and I must say I really enjoyed it! The service was amazing, the server was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. The buffet selection was always stocked and fresh, meat came quick, and the restaurant is clean! They had a self serving soft serve machine which I loved. Overall, I would come again!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was terrible, the whole time my family was sitting there nobody came to checkup and see if we needed any more soup or water refill. They never served us napkins spoons for soup. Second of all the food was terrible, the ice cream didnt come out as ice cream it was sorbet and it was extremely sour, the cones were also hard and stale. I would not come back considering how pricey and nasty the food was.
