This is one of my favorite Hotspot places to visit. The service is always great. Usually one lady running the whole show but she is efficient and gets the job done. The only thing I wish they had would be appetizers like chicken wings, dumplings or scallion cakes. But other than that its totally worth it to check out

It’s unfortunate that I have to give a rating like this because the food was actually really good. In my opinion; food quality does not outweigh service. I took my family here for dinner last night, and the waitress refused to address my son as he and kept calling him she. Even though he’s only 3, I had to pay for him so as far as I’m concerned, he’s a paying customer and should be treated at so. My child is a boy 100% and I don’t need him confused about what or who he is because an adult who was corrected multiple times decided she was going to call my child what gender she felt like he was and not what he is. He’s pretty with long eye lashes I get it, but when a parent corrects someone about the gender of their child, it MUST be respected. I will not be back.

I tried this place a couple days after it opened. The place is very spacious, but the food was mediocre. My beef tongue meat was completely frozen to the plate. I'm assuming they pre-cut the beef tongue and place it in the freezer before they open instead of cutting them after an order is placed. All the ladles on the table were dirty. Service was slow. When i order my soup base. It arrived on a robot. I had to put it into the table. Didn't which soup was what. The rervice would have been much faster if the waiter or waitress served our food on a cart instead of a robot.

Came for the coconut broth, stayed because my soul signed a lease there. The tom yum was so tangy‑spicy it felt like a love slap from a tropical mermaid. Left so full I’m 90% sure I’m now part soup.

Quiet, modern, and great AYCE hotpot spot. Clean sauce station to concoct your own dipping sauce. Good selection of appetizers, sesame ball is a must!
Water is the only free beverage unless you want to shell out some $.
Standard hotpot broth selection and they’re mostly free. Their broth is more flavorful than most other places that I’ve tried. The chongqing spicy broth is great if you love spicy. The herbal soup is a great one too if spicy is not your thing.
Very fresh and good selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables. Fatty beef, ribeye, shrimp paste, fish paste, taro, lotus root, fried tofu skin roll, quail egg, and mini sausage were my personal favorites.
After hotpot, I liked their orange slices and watermelon. The snow fungus soup is good too but it’s on the sweeter side. After all that, get a cone and help yourself to some ice cream.
This is my new obsession in MA, not just an All-You-Can-Eat place, NOW, they offer Diu Sum everyday before 3pm, brings the truly favors to Quincy‼️
The inside decor is STUNNING 🤩 I’m still thinking about the Dim Sum, an authentic flavors found in a hotpot place, hidden gem indeed, just enjoyed it overall, absolutely fantastic experience 🌟
The HOTPOT 🍲 is AYCE with variety choose of vegetables 🥗 Meats 🍖 Noodles🍜 it is DIVINE, no matter the fresh ingredients or top notch service, incredible delicious.
KARAOKE 🎤 is the REAL STAR ⭐️ the private karaoke room start 12am - 1pm $50/Hour during the Happy Hours (12pm-7pm) instead of $90 for the party time 🥳

Never coming back. I seriously urge anyone considering this place look elsewhere.
Had a night out ruined as the manager appeared at the end of the meal to threaten to charge $15 a plate for uneaten meat we ORDERED and PAID for, yet could not take home with us. He even had to gall to play it off like that wasn't a shakedown and he was just doing us a favor, manipulative conman! For reference, we ate about 7.5 of the ten orders of meat. The meat itself was low quality and uncooked, and incredibly overpriced.
Food quality (besides meat) was as cheap as it gets. Nothing restocked, all sitting under foodlamps for over an hour.
Staff were friendly and helpful but that doesn't matter with managers this bad and prices this high.
Atmosphere was like a mall foodcourt. Zero impression.
Seats and table were dirty too, had to change tables on our own becuase the one we were sat at was more filthy than its neighbor.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and seated quickly. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern and cozy — ideal for groups, family gatherings, or even a fun date night.
