Hot pot one offers AYCE hotpot at night and dim sum in the morning til 3. I've only experienced the hotpot side of things and it's much like spring shabu! Every person gets their own pot and I absolutely love the soup I got tomyum. They offer a huge selection of fish balls and meat balls, but I feel like they only have a few vegetables options. You can order meat and seafood on the side for an additional cost or you can opt into their AYCE premium which includes meat and seafood. Ambiance wise it's very spacious. I came as a party of 2 but was seated for a table for 6. The service was lacking though. Waitress was attentive, but didn't really explain how everything worked.

With all the hotpot places in Quincy, I didn't think this place would stand out or be able to survive. But I'm glad they're here! I really enjoy the cleanliness, individual pots, free broth, and speedy service. For just $10 more you can add AYCE meat and seafood. Meat portions are small (4-6 slices) but you can order as many plates in one order and they'll come in 5 minutes on the robot. Veggies are fresh, and fishballs are high quality (the fishballs you pay by the weight in hmart quality). Love the sauce bar options they offer but wish they added sesame seeds and peanuts as garnish. Ice cream machine is a nice addition but seldomly works when I'm there. So far they're offering vanilla and strawberry flavors.

Newly opened store, exquisite desserts and many varieties! You can give it a try! From now on, Quincy will have another place to enjoy tea.

Some of the dim sum dishes such as chicken feet and ribs don't fall off the bones as compared to other dim sum restaurants. Everything else is fine.Wheelchair accessibility: This is wheelchair accessible.

I love how this place is at a dead end and it's a pretty big restaurant. Atmosphere was good. They laid out all the food choices and you go get it yourself. Only hot pot place like this in Quincy. Definitely will be going back soon. And no sharing pots here, everyone get your own pot.Parking: Street parking but short distance walking to the restaurant

The price for ayce is cheap if you don't eat meat but if you do the seafood and meat buffet it's pricier than happy lamb or hotpot buffet in chinatown. I believe this is the only ayce hotpot in quincy so it's convenient. To start the spicy oil broth was flavorful in spices and aromatics but severely lacking in salt and I needed a table spoon of soy sauce to season my broth. The beef was frozen to the plate as others have said but that wasn't a huge deal to me. The seafood selection was lacking with only crab, shrimp, clams, and 1 type of fish. They don't have a huge selection of asian veggies but again not the worst thing ever. But do people really eat lettuce in hot pot? Then at the sauce bar there was barely any soy sauce left and people were struggling to scoop up just anything. Anyways I asked the server where the bowls were and she said sometimes there's no dishwasher so no bowls and to use the sauce bowls which are the size of asian tea cups. What hot pot place doesn't have bowls? And i could be wrong but I believe i saw kitchen staffs chilling and drinking in one of the booths. Then comes time for dessert and there were no cones left and vanilla side wasn't even dispensing anything :/. Overall I would come back just because it's close but probably gonna stick to chinatown. Place is new so maybe it will improve with time.

Clean, newly built, fresh food and nice staffs. Johnny was really funny and come to chat with everyone in the restaurant. Food is also excellent and fresh. Price is also reasonable. So close to home now we don’t have to drive off to Boston. Enjoyed it very much.

The food choice was just ok... did not finish all the food and thought we could take out home! It was a big . The service was ok, not the best, waitress didn't explain anything to us about the process not even the menu. Don't think I'll be back there, especially with other competitors in the area.

Opening a hotpot place near so many already was definitely a risky move but I was not disappointed. Price wise, this place has all the other places beat. I'd check other reviews or their menus for the exact pricing but all I know is, it was cheap. Hotpot enthusiasts would compare this place to Spring Shabu Shabu in Allston but I'd say otherwise. This place offers a MEAT buffet as well and the quality is way above spring shabu. The decor inside is a bit outdated but that doesn't really matter to me as well as the food is good. The broth was flavorful which was my highlight, I got the spicy broth that isn't tom yum. The cut of meat was not the best but decent for sure. If you're looking for super good quality hotpot, this of course isn't the place, but considering the price you are paying and the amount of choices you have, I'd come here for lunch almost everyday without breaking my wallet.

We really enjoyed this new hot pot place in Quincy. They were super busy on a Friday night so we were placed in a private room downstairs and away from the crowds with another family. It was a bit odd at first but our server was so attentive and great. We enjoyed the individual soup pots. I wish they also offer just house or pork bone broths instead of flavors only for those who would like a nice base, and for the kids. But the broths we got were great. Tomyum, Tomato, and Spicy Broth. We got all the meats and seafood. The selections of veggies, tofu, meatballs, and noodles were great. And the bonus was the softserve ice-cream we got as a dessert. Would come back again.

Glad to see a hotpot buffet near me. The price with meat and seafood is 33.99. The vegetables and fruits are fresh. Service is also good, specially the dish robot.

After trying.Hotpot One, it make me miss Spring Shabu Shabu more even this place was less than 10min walking distance. We opted for the vegetable ayce instead the vegetable, meat, and seafood (their meat not great quality, small slices). The vegetable are very limited and maining Asian vegetables. I probably pay a little more to eat at other hot pot restaurants in Quincy area.
