Typical overpriced hotel food. $55 steak was full of grizzle. Waitress was pleasant and attentive.

I wanted to share how disappointed I am with my recent experience at this hotel. What should have been a simple and enjoyable stay was completely overshadowed by serious issues, including theft concerns, possible credit/debit fraud, and an incredibly inappropriate comments made to my 5-year-old child that she is “fat”. She’s 5! I’m so upset that someone would ever say that to anyone, but a 5 year old, come on. Despite reaching out to management—including the General Manager—I received no response from the GM and a less meaningful response and no resolution from the front desk manager. In fact, my complaint was closed without any investigation or follow-up, showing a complete lack of accountability and care for guests. Based on how this was handled, I will not be staying at this hotel again and will be sharing this experience with others so they can make informed decisions as well.

The amount of fruit flies in the bar/eating area is extremely concerning to me. Limited menu. And when we called (prior to booking) we asked if breakfast was included. It is not. But they told us there was a breakfast menu. I have a copy of the breakfast menu but when we went down for breakfast they “don’t do that anymore - they only offer the 25.00 all you can eat”

Had my nieces wedding 9/12. About 50 family members staying here. Many guests did not get rooms until approx. 8:30PM. Even the Bride couldn't get into her suite until after 8PM (Check in is 4 PM???). Myself and Grandmother of the Brides handicapped accommodations that were booked 9 months in advance were not available. 93 year old Grandmother's aide did not get the adjoining room booked, causing her aide to have to stay down the hall (dangerous situation). Very disappointed in Marriott. I will rethink booking in the future.

The food is fresh, with a quality that surpasses most Western restaurants around Quincy. The dining environment is pleasant—although the seating is right next to the bar, it's not overly noisy. Guests also enjoy the bonus of three hours of free parking. This is definitely a place worth returning to.

It's nice to have the option for a good meal inside a hotel. Hotels don't always have great food b/c they have a captive audience. Dinner was really good and very convenient.

The food was ok, but a bit expensive. I think the chowder was the best bang for the buck; it tasted very good! The burger (forgot the name) comes with fries but there is no indication of it on the menu. If you need to eat immediately and you’re in the hotel, you can go here, but there are definitely other better options.

Before arriving, I had studied the menu online. When I arrived, I learned only the buffet option was available. Food was good (good omelette station), but a bit overpriced (like most major hotel buffets are).

Hull and Mason is a blessed place. Walking in I was a little put off by how sprawling the space is, but our host Justin was so sincerely friendly as he showed us to our table that my heart was warmed. Then Ty arrived and was also sincerely friendly in taking our drink orders. My old-fashioned was world class, and as I was enjoying the first sip a new person appeared at our table, manager Leroy who asked how my drink was. Leroy was just as sincerely friendly as Justin and Ty, and by now you get the drift of this review.
The food was excellent, and I caught the vibe that comes from being in a very well run place. I had just come from a cousins reunion that was long overdue, and I was delighted to find the same family feeling at Hull and Mason. When I told that to Ty as we were leaving he grinned even more broadly as he extended his arms and said ‘Bring it in man” and as we hugged I thought how odd life can be that you can be in a place you’ve never been before and feel so at home. I’ve reviewed a bunch of restaurants but never used the word “transformative,” and that’s what deserves to be said about the way the staff at Hull and Mason create a dining experience. Bravo.

New menu is awful! Who orders a Charcuterie for dinner? Wings for apps no dip just a green smear under a few? Chowder was eehhh salty . Most items were really overpriced with descriptions that tell the average consumer nothing. Smash burger no mention of fries but thankfully they were on the plate. Really prime rib something 55$ server said oh it’s a tomahawk lol then no wagu The menu all on a sheet of paper from a printer. Some non meat salad with watermelon 20. Marriott this effects on you. As a titanium member I’ve never complained about your restaurants.

My husband and I were surprised how great our dinner was. The burger was medium rare(my request) and you could tell it was quality beef. Brussel sprouts were the perfect mix of richness and freshness. Would definitely visit again!

they charged me for an extra night even after providing 35-hour advanced notice that I would be leaving a day early. I checked out and was told everything was fine for the early check out and they would email the receipt. The next day I received the receipt and there was an extra day. When I called I was told that they saw a note but the policy was 48-hour notice. They had 2 interactions to tell me this. And I had to find out after they stole the money. my next step is to protest the charge ob my credit card.

Despite initial reservations based on typical reviews and pricing, we decided to dine at Hull & Mason within the Marriott in Quincy. It turned out to be a delightful surprise. For lunch, Ty provided excellent service, guiding us through the menu and drink selections. We thoroughly enjoyed the Lobster Roll, crispy chicken wings, and Fish and Chips, all of which were delicious, and my Margarita was perfectly crafted. Impressed, we returned for dinner, where my wife again opted for the Lobster Roll, and I sampled the seared Duck and Clam Chowder. Shout out to Ty and Leana, who provided friendly and professional service.
