She was quick with the drinks, however, while waiting for our food after putting in our order we saw a mouse run across the floor. They kindly canceled our bill for the drinks when I brought it to their attention and me and my wife left. I hope one day they get it cleaned up I really like IHOPEdit update 3-3-24 no word from IHOP I called myself yesterday and in the middle of explaining the situation and what happened I was unexpectedly put on hold in the middle of a sentence and about 5 mins later was taken off hold and asked how can I help you as if I want to order the food. As in the manger didn’t care what I had to say and put me on hold and walked away.

Lisa, who is a well-known waitress at this IHOP location, should no longer be retained at this workplace, or any workplace at all. Her conduct is consistently unprofessional, marked by racism and bullying. Despite having many regulars, they support her without realizing the extent of her behavior. Her “service” involves demeaning others, including verbally abusing the chefs out in the open for customers to hear. I hope future customers reconsider supporting this disgusting behavior.
