They didn't want to accept birthday coupon. I was given a sandwich but no drink,very shady management techniques to try to make me look like I'm begging them for it but no they are just supposed to honor it say thank you for coming here but no they barely gave me my meal.

I feel like this place is well over priced for the portion size that is considerate a regular size but in my opinion it's a small size for the price we pay I will only go to this place only if I'm desperate for something to eat when nothing else is open around there

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s in to pick up an order and was greeted with pure attitude from an employee named Youhong. I said “Hi, how are you?” — and got completely ignored like I was bothering him.
Then instead of handing me the bag, he just shoved it toward me with zero effort or respect. I was polite the whole time, so I honestly don’t know what his problem was.
The rest of the staff seemed nice, but maybe Jersey Mike’s should work on training certain people (just one in particular) on basic customer service. Being decent isn’t that hard.

Great service and the guys were super efficient and fast with order. We split a large Italian sub and it tasted awesome and plenty enough food for two people.
Food is quite good but the staff can’t keep up. It also appears as if they don’t properly prioritize orders. The cashier was pretty rude. I will not return to this location.
I work at the walpole location and went in to get water and only 1 thing I saw that I think should be fixed a bit is the amount of tomatoes they had on the pan it was a mountain and yet should only be 2 layered and looked like there was 5 or 6 maybe 7 layers on that pan
But everything did looked clean and liked how things were set up but if they can limit the layers of tomatoes that would be good so they dont over do them and they won't go bad and still have more tomatoes in the big bins in the walk-in
But awesome service and great job to everyone 👏 👍
