Great sandwich although couldn't help but notice the lettuce was very brown. Should of been tossed and fresh used especially as it was only just lunch time.

Gave me the wrong order. Went in for my online order. Nothing on the counter. Said the order name and guy says we're finishing it up. Cool,told me they didn't have a brownie and threw more cookies in,cool again. Get home only one sub,it's the wrong one and wrong chips but plenty of cookies! Take it back it's been 30 minutes and she says I grabbed the wrong one,I said no! I was handed the wrong order,I asked to remake the hot sub because it had been sitting for 30 minutes. Says no and the only nice dude in the place says no problem and remakes it,may have spit in it but only he knows.Gives me my bag,2 subs and I check and the chicken cheese steak is hot. Get home and surprisingly there is a brownie??? Thought they didn't have any??? Open sub 2 and it's the old chicken cheese steak. Where is the Italian sub I had ordered also???? The only good sub at Jersey Mike's is the Italian and they forgot it,my GF likes the chicken cheese steak l,I'm not eating that crap. Owner never called so I posted here. So sorry Mike. Atmosphere is a 2 because this weird dude was hanging around the store and followed a lady into the bathroom looking around to see of anybody saw. I saw! Check the cameras that night,you have my complaints!

They didn't want to accept birthday coupon. I was given a sandwich but no drink,very shady management techniques to try to make me look like I'm begging them for it but no they are just supposed to honor it say thank you for coming here but no they barely gave me my meal.

I feel like this place is well over priced for the portion size that is considerate a regular size but in my opinion it's a small size for the price we pay I will only go to this place only if I'm desperate for something to eat when nothing else is open around there

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s in to pick up an order and was greeted with pure attitude from an employee named Youhong. I said “Hi, how are you?” — and got completely ignored like I was bothering him.
Then instead of handing me the bag, he just shoved it toward me with zero effort or respect. I was polite the whole time, so I honestly don’t know what his problem was.
The rest of the staff seemed nice, but maybe Jersey Mike’s should work on training certain people (just one in particular) on basic customer service. Being decent isn’t that hard.
