I recently had a disappointing experience at KFC. I placed an order through the app, but the driver canceled it at the drive-thru after waiting for an hour without any explanation. I didn’t receive my food that night and had to reorder, as I couldn’t reach the store by phone.
This has been going on for TWO MONTHS, and despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my request for a refund was outright rejected. What a service! I

Worst service ever! After waiting over an hour to get my order , the delivery guy came with Taco Bell instead of my 8 piece chicken dinner. When I tried calling no answer. Called to request my refund, these idiots telling me I can only get a partial refund. So I had to pay delivery fee for no delivery and lost my tip . Never again!

I got KFC delivered for dinner. Not sure how I feel about it. The chicken is tender and big but like not a lot of flavor at all. It’s just pure saltiness. Biscuits were soft and tasty though ?. Fries were very mediocre.
It's the worst chicken I have ever had. The food is too oily and the Chicken smells very very bad. I don't even want to give a single star also.

Just did a pick up order, got home and they forgot the biscuits. Now that I am trying to call no one is answering and they do not have an answering machine set up. Terrible customer service. Too pricey to also be terrible.
