3/2024, ordered 8 chicken tenders. Got to the drive up window, the tenders were 23.99$, OUTRAGEOUS! They weren't even big tenders like Market Basket. These were anemic little tenders. Talk about price gouging! A whole chicken cooked at Market Basket is under 5 bucks. KFC, SHOVE YOUR CHICKEN WHERE THE SUN DOESN'T SHINE! ROBBERS!Again I am compelled to rate this. Date 1/1/2022. Pulled up to the drive thru order board at 11:55. After a minute, a female employee opened the door and said"WE DON'T OPEN FOR 4 MORE MINUTES, YOU CAN'T SIT THERE IN YOUR CAR, MOVE".So we left and went for chinese food instead. I rate this the worst KFC in MA.

I visit today. Food is good but service is bad. I order ~ 21 dollars and found out later that there is no tissue, zero ketchup, no spoon (while I order Coleslaw). How is acceptable ?

The rudest person was been rude to me and was screaming at me while I told him to calm down. I've never ordered on KFC so when I ordered a bucket he said chicken tenders or nuggets even I wanted just chicken. Then he started talking back in a loud voice while I tried to calm him down, keep in mind that English isn't my first language so he probably misunderstood me and decided to start a tantrum. There was atleast one person that was nice and two guys who weren't as nice. I'm never going to comeback again if this keeps on happening.
