Poor customer service. Staff doesn’t seem like they want to work there. No greetings of any form when you walk in. Drinks are mediocre at best.
Bad customer service. Awful drinks.
I ordered mango pomelo and it tasted awful. So disappointed. Only had 2 sips then threw it away.
Totally tasted different than before.
The female staff attitude was so unbearable.
Never comeback!
Ordered taro milk tea and the taro paste has gone bad
Avocado smoothie was literally brown. Didn’t even bother taking it just left it on the counter
The staff doesn’t know how to make a drink. The yogurt I ordered is super sweet. And the staff doesn’t wash the hands before making the drink. Very awful experience. I will never go back again.
Unfriendly staff, not smiling, not saying thank you.
Not sure why the Moge Tea Quincy tastes totally different as Allston one. I expect not sweet drink but not a sour fruit taste… The drink tastes like a bad apple :(
Ordered Watermelon Slush night prior and the next morning I felt nauseous and threw up all contents. I would advise NOT ordering from here.
I ordered half a milk tea, but they didn't even shake it. They just poured the stuff in and covered it. It was served to the customer. I took a few sips of different flavors. It was too light, too sweet,
I hope you will be careful with your hair I opened the lid of the milk tea and I can't imagine my favorite drink having hair in it😿.

I’ve been putting off trying this place because it is one of the lower rated boba shops in the area. However, I finally stopped in today and got the Pinky Rose Bubble Milk Tea ($6.25). I surprisingly quite liked it. I got 50% sugar, which was a good decision (probably would have tasted good even at 30% sugar). The boba, on the other hand, had good texture but no flavor.
Service was a little slow, but at least they have self-service kiosks.

I ordered a cup of red bean milk tea and my stomach hurt after drinking it. Why do you do this to your guests?
