Mama Bear's Kitchen makes the absolute BEST dairy-free pizza around! No idea where they source their dairy-free cheese, but it melts well and stays smooth/creamy. I love banana peppers and online ordering doesn't allow you to add them unless you write it in the comments. Pretty sure they also have anchovies, too.

There's more to this place than meets the eye. The menu is a bit large but just about everything I've ate here have been good.
Try the eggplant pizza, the chicken cutlet pizza, the rancho bear pizza, or the calzones.
