the lady at the counter Marleny was very rude asked to speak with a higher manager she refused at first then said she could call the general manager for me then when I asked for the number she rudely said I can just write down her name and she would not be giving the number to the general manager

Absolutely horrible, missing and undercooked food. Staff leave the bathroom's dirty with trash and even blood, and they take over half hour just to make 2 double cheeseburger when it's not busy. Even the drive through is empty most time and they still take forever, on top of that you can hear the employee's yelling in Spanish and Portuguese and ignoring customers. I have also witnessed multiple times employee's using the bathroom and not washing their hands, What is going on with this place? Do not eat here
