There were hair on my french fries do not order here. This place is disgusting and their service is horrible The atmosphere is horrible because if people fighting here I come here around twice a week after school and I find hair on my french fries like 90% of the time

Drive thru is always a 30-45min wait at any point in time after 10pm
Edit I had originally left a bad review because the drive-thru was taking forever at 1:00 a.m., it took 40 minutes to get a six-piece nugget. The general manager ended up calling me and explaining me the scenario that she had just taken over the location and that she's working on improving it. I have been going a couple times over the last few months and the service has been super quick the food has been boiling hot and fresh and honestly some of the best McDonald's I've ever had in my life. Great job turning this location around and you've earned a repeat customer.

One of the female staff is mean and rude. Very Poor manner and professional communication skills. This actually just happened. I ordered a cone, order number 1656. A male staff asked for my number, and I told him 1656. He said the cone he had was 1653, then he walked away with it toward the back.
After that, a petite Latina female staff with glasses spoke to me in a very rude and blaming tone. She said I “should have taken it” and that I made the other staff throw it away. This doesn’t make sense at all. Her tone was very harsh and rude After I pointed out that this was not my fault, she continued to argue with me, then simply walked away.

This McDonald’s on Quincy Hancock St is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I placed 8 orders online, and because we arrived a bit later to pick them up, the manager threw all of our food into the trash. This was our food that we paid for — she had no right to dispose of it.
When we asked her to remake the order, she responded with an attitude and said “Oh my god.” Earlier, we simply asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce, and she refused and even told other staff not to give it to us. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in a manager position.
Now I understand why this location has so many complaints. The service here is truly disappointing, and management clearly needs serious improvement.

I ordered a hot coffee, nothing else, waited 20 minutes while watching massive orders of people who ordered after me being filled. Didn’t really care wasn’t in a rush. Until I finally get my order and receive a cup of coffee cold enough that the cup itself was cold. Which I guess was a small blessing seeing how when the worker handed it to me the cover wasn’t on all the way. The wait I can live with but the effort was embarrassing. These are the same people who think they deserve 20+$ an hour.

Worst customer service ever in any McDonald I had been! I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The customer service was subpar. One of the staff members instructed a driver to reverse in a tight space, resulting in damage to my vehicle. When I addressed the situation, the staff member denied the incident and raised their voice, insisting that my car had not been struck.
Staff was very very polite considering they were working the night shift and I came in with some complicated order. No cheese, No mustard, Yes onions, no pickles etc. 🤣
