Husband and I stopped there for a quick sandwich and soup before we headed into Boston to go see a concert. I want to give a special mention about the manager, Milton. He was super helpful and very pleasant to speak to. I did speak to him in regards to them having a Tabasco sauce packets.(I like it for my tomato soupš) When I inquired with him in regards to their being no Tabasco sauce, he let me know that he was going to definitely be ordering more. I guess the issue there is when itās put out with the condiments, some āinconsiderateā people (And thatās my word not his) proceed to grab handfuls of it and take it home with them which then leaves none for anybody else. So when he informed me that he would be ordering more, I made the lighthearted suggestion of.ā Maybe they should keep it behind the counter and only hand out what is actually asked forā. We both laughed. He said he completely understood my frustration about their being none and promised that there would be some the next time I came in. So again thank you to the staff who are very professional and again a big thank you to the manager Milton. Thanks āthe Tabasco ladyāš

I love the soup but they never gave it in my order! I called and they didnāt seem like they could help at all, but they did offer a refund. Unfortunately I probably wonāt be purchasing anymore items from here after I buy more of the soup. Sorry!! The girl on the phone did say sorry.

Ordered rapid pick-up and they bombed in all 3 categories:
1. Order accuracy; They forgot the cinnamon roll and utensils.
2. Accountability; Jessica wanted to argue that utensils were not on the order as I was looking at my order and seeing that in fact I did select utensils and napkins.
3. Customer service: She sighed about refunding the $4+ and when I asked what I would receive for the inconvenience, she said very flatly, āNothing ā. I confirmed her name and she hung up abruptly before I could respond.
About 3 minutes later she called me back to say she now sees it in the order, apologizes and states I will get a full refund.
Guess what? I never got the full refund! Just the $4+ and Jessicaās ask to kiss!š

Mad props to Rebecca the store manager she was gracious to not charge me for an item that I dropped off to a customer and ended up falling out of my hands and spilling.

I had the wrong order delivered. The driver said he would call me back and left. He never called back. There is no option in the app to contact the store. I called the number on their Google page and it asks you to press 1 2 or 3. If u press a number you are left on hold and forwarded back to the phone ringing then picks up and starts over. No opportunity to speak to anyone that will fix the problem. So annoying.

We love the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich! Though we ask for it without the red pepper...it's a little too spicy for our taste. But the sandwich is delicious!
