Papa Gino's on Granite st. They make the best pizza 🍕 papa Gino's is my favorite pizza its been for many years now. The service is great they deliver right up to the second floor to my door. They are always friendly just like when I first call who takes my order are very pleasant. If it's deliveryed or the smallest mistake happens which doesn't happen often. I’d like to rate this location higher because the food is decent! However, it was the delivery that’s the problem. According to the tracking link provided by Papa Gino, the delivery driver took 20+ minutes after picking up my order to my home (which is 5-7 min away from the location). The tracker also showed how the driver went around various locations, such as Stop And Shop, until I called Papa Gino about the situation. The pizza and chicken ended up being cold, but tasted decent still. AND, the real kicker was that they forgot my large Pepsi.
Order from here! But, do NOT EVER choose the delivery option and pick it up at the location instead.

I called Papa Gino’s at 8:30pm was kept on hold for 10minuted then I was hung up on.
I called back I was told it’s too late to order and again hung up on but the NEW MANAGER MICHAEL called me. He apologized for his staff member’s rudeness then took my order.
He was extremely polite, professional and respectful. I believe he was hired to cleanup the bad behavior that had been occurring.
After speaking with him I believe he will do his best to turn this location back into a place people want to go to.
Thank you, Michael. I appreciated you calling me which I certainly didn’t expect. So far you are doing a great job.

Papa Gino's is my favorite pizza. Order was delivered very fast and pizza was still hot. Driver was very helpful and friendly. Sadly, like every other place the prices have gone high enough that I can only afford to buy if I have a deal. Also not a fan of the fact that as a LOOONG time Rewards member points now expire AND you need a ridiculous amount of them to get $5 off an order. I love Papa Gino's but sadly I will only be buying from there once or twice a year instead of once or twice a month like we used to.
