I just went there to get a small cheasses pizza. I placed my oder, and they said it would take 10 minutes. I said OK, but I was there for 30 minutes. I asked how long there kept say 3 minutes it is in the oven I just left.
I really enjoy Papa Gino's as a whole. There food is very very good and the prices are great. Over the years I've been to dozens of locations. While there are ups and downs across the different sites, but today is a new low point. The woman who at around 03:10 pm on Monsay September 18th, 2023 was at the register, greeted me with nothing more than a sharp "NAME". Again, I understand food service is painful, thankless job, I can not put into words the rudeness that this portrayed. It came across that by simply walking up to the counter, I was BOTHERING her. Interrupting her time... on her phone. I felt so uncomfortable after that, if I had not already paid, I would have simply turned around and walked out. For the record, I LOVE Papa Gino's. But this one incident... I won't go back to the site at 100 Granite St, Quincy. MA, 02169.
