Reading the reviews I was very skeptical about this place. However, to my surprise their Bún bò Huế was actually good. The broth was well made; rich and spicy. The waiter was super friendly as well so cheers to that!
Dropped in for some pho at Pho Countryside did not disappoint. Nice quaint hole in the wall restaurant with delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Our go-to. Clean, well lit with comfortable seating. Service was excellent. Attentive, friendly, courteous and polite. We ordered roasted marinated squad, fresh spring rolls, scallion pancakes for appetizers. Pho, of course, chicken with crispy noodles, beef vermicelli bowl and beef and broccoli. All were absolutely delicious. The perfect comfort...
Service declined on the weekends. The waiters with glasses are running the show and really makes this service amazing. Dont get me wrong, the servers are nice, but they're not trained. There was one young lady with glasses standing around and not helping out when many customers are needing assistance. I would probably avoid coming here during the weekends.
