Since we moved to Quincy last year in Decemeber this restaurant became our default go to restaurant. Their pho dish, dac viet, is a perfection and they are very generous in protein dept. Their greens are plentiful and fresh, but more than anything else, the reason for 5 star rating is their broth - it's real. When I put the broth in the refrig - it become solid, just like home made beef broth. I was very impreseed. So lucky we live in Quincy near this restaurant! Dear Pho So owner Thank you for the great quality food.

This place use to be good. I don’t know what happen to the food quality. The pho broth looks dirty and tasted old. It’s like they used the broth in the pot from 2 days ago. I say this because I ate here for years and it was never like this. Something didn’t taste right in that broth. Customer service is the same as usual. They don’t come check up on you. This is probably my last time here. Sad.

The people here are so kind. I’m vegetarian and there was plenty of options. The vegetarian Pho was so good and GIANT for $14.95!! Their mango smoothie is also delicious. Go here and support a welcoming Vietnamese atmosphere 🩷🍜🍲

The restaurant is located right on the main street in Quincy, though parking can be a bit tricky if the lot next door is full. The menu is diverse, and the space is large and comfortable. Portions are big and generous. Service is quick, Prices are reasonable. The platter rolls was tasty and well-filled, the bún riêu was flavorful, and the phở was decent. They also have a private room available for parties or group gatherings, it’s quite spacious and can probably fit over 20 people.

I give this place 4 stars
4 stars for ambiance since the restaurant has good amount of space, well lit.
4 stars for service where they seat you right away. They also give hints of which menu selections were slightly better than others.
4 stars for food variety/menu selection and authenticity in taste; the only reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars:
- ca phe sua da (iced Vietnamese coffee) wasn’t served suggesting way with coffee dripping while you wait and you don’t see the condensed milk. It was pre-mixed more like how you get it at boba places!
- the caramel fish dish wasn’t caramelized enough, it didn’t have the deep sweet taste as if it was cooked in a clay pot for hours
- the bun bo hue had slices of meat mixed in as if they used the same ingredients for beef pho and just added the bun bo hue broth instead of pho broth. But in the end I finally saw the pig feet/hock part.
I saw another customer order the shrimp grilled on sugar cane served with rice paper which you wet in a bowl of water to soften and wrap the shrimp with veggies. That’s what I will order next time! I am just slightly disappointed they don’t serve banh xeo!!!

The pho here is by far the best in the area. They are also very generous with their portions and the condiments - Thai basil, chili peppers, bean sprouts, lime and so on. So good and a huge selection of other delicious items to choose from if pho isn’t your thing. Highly recommend.

Not a fan of the tomato crap noodle dish I ordered. There was barely any taste of crab. The service was slow.

I ordered takeout today 5/18/25. Fresh spring rolls is missing dipping sauce. Spring rolls doesn't taste the same without dipping sauce.

Vermicelli with shrimp and eggs rolls looks pretty sad. One tiny shrimp and small shrimp ball. Not sure if I want to pay $17 next time for this dish. I wouldn't order this dish from Pho 1 next time. Better to order somewhere else.

This place has the best fruit shakes especially their avocado and durian.. IYKYK. The place is big, spacious, and has a clean atmosphere. I have not used their restroom so I can't say if that is clean or know if it is even open to the public/customers. Came in around when they opened after dropping car off at firestone and walked there within 2 minutes

Food was really good. The staff was not attentive, leading to long delays between courses. It took an unusually long time to place our order, and even longer to receive the bill at the end of the meal.

The food was, as always, delicious. However, the service was exceptionally disappointing. I’ve never had to spend two hours dining in, and this was solely due to the poor service. It took 20 minutes to place an order, followed by a 30-minute wait for takeout boxes. Additionally, it took another 20 minutes to receive the bill.

This restaurant has typically been reliable, so I wonder if the absence of the owner contributed to the lack of efficiency, as seen in other establishments.Alternatively, it may have been because we were a larger party, and the staff could have been more focused on the guaranteed revenue we provided. Initially, I thought the delay might have been due to a party event, but once that group cleared out, it was clear that all the tables that arrived after us had already been served and left.
