I always come prepared and whenever I order through this drive thru they never understand me. I never get what I originally come for. It's annoying!

I love the app you get really good deals. Whenever I order on the app, the food is always ready when I get there. The fries are great strawberry lemonade is bomb. The staff here is actually nice. Whenever the drive-through gets jammed, I just parked in the front and go in and pick up food when I order it from the app

Oreder mac and cheese for a side, received mash potatoes, no forks or spoons given, ordered sauces... received None. Tenders were size of a toddlers thumb.

Quick service! Great location, can't image the time I still need to drive to Roslindale to get Popeye! Good chicken, depended on who does the frying. However, the same at everywhere. Popeye is the savior for your fried chicken needs.

This is the third bad experience I’ve had at this location, and unfortunately it will be my last.
First visit: I ordered a spicy family meal but was given regular. When I tried to call, no one answered the phone.
Second visit: I ordered another family meal, but my biscuits were missing. Again, I tried to call, and again, no one picked up.
Today (third visit): I ordered a family meal for my son’s birthday, which should come with a mix of chicken pieces. Instead, it was almost entirely drumsticks with only one thigh. That makes no sense for a family meal. I tried calling to speak with a manager, but of course, no answer.
The food should be double-checked before it leaves the restaurant, especially when customers can’t even reach anyone by phone to fix mistakes. It’s extremely disappointing no one should have to taste their food just to confirm they actually received spicy chicken when that’s what they ordered.
As a tired mom grabbing dinner after work, and for my child’s b day I expect my order to be right without having to chase the restaurant down. The fact that this location lists a phone number but never answers says a lot I believe they know what is going on
Disappointed, and I don’t plan on returning.

Went through the drive thru, woman speaking to me was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me. I also ordered the mac and cheese, it was a sad excuse for it, it was genuinely a blob of dried cheese on top and it filled up 1/3 of the actual regular size of the cup.

Dry to order large drumsticks , but they looks don't want to sell it to me, then I try to order large chicken wings , they only have buffalo wings . So disappointed. The store was very good when opening Don't want come back anymore

I’ve never gotten Popeyes before and I live fairly close to this one, the other location is in roslindale which is much further. We drove there and once we got to the drive through to order it was all downhill from there. We had to repeat our order several times only to pull up to the window and start all over again. Our order was very simple I’m not sure why there was so much confusion. I took a picture of the receipt for proof. The kept telling us there would be no drink with the 8pc family style and we kept telling them we don’t want a drink. It was very uncomfortable pulling up to the window to two staff members practically hanging out the window giving us attitude instead of trying to clarify the order. After the experience it did not matter how the chicken tasted, the customer service left such a bad taste to begin with. I will not be returning to this location, I’d rather drive a little further for staff that actually know what customer service is.

Ordered delivery and basically the driver didn’t contact me when my food was marked deliver, so most likely they took it. Popeyes customer service won’t do crap and put the blame on you and charge you for the order. So don’t order delivery from these people.
