Awful experience was charged 3 times for 1 order. Order was also wrong. No one in the restaurant spoke English, no manager on duty . And when I called customer service you can’t get in touch with a human . Definitely won’t be going back here .

Every time I order from this place I never receive the sauce. Once I had gone through the drive-through and checked my order before driving off, but there wasn’t the sauce so I asked for the sauce and they said they didn’t have it. So the next time I ordered through the app I chose a different sauce, but it wasn’t in the bag when I left.

I stopped going to this Popeyes because the food was undercooked back in October/November and I didn’t even have time to take it back and get refund so I just tossed in trash. So I tried to give this location another chance and I can say there’s a Whole different group of staff who speak English and the food was cooked properly and They took my order diligently patiently and also offered a little humor. I want to say thank you to Brian the manager from Popeyes for giving me a new Outlook and a better experience. Thank you for your service. Keep up the great work.

They gave me the wrong order in drive through trying calling them back they hung up in my face

The older Asian lady who’s always working the drive thru has a little bit of an attitude. She could be nicer. I sometimes dread coming fearing her bad attitude will be contagious and put me in a bad mood. She should work on the attitude and be kinder to folks.

The 2 gentlemen at the counter was both helpful/friendly including the cook, they had a very good team that day & the order was correct.

Terrible service. Never got what I wanted. Even after the asking me 4 times. And I Repeated it 4 times. They asked me to wait in a spot and would bring it out to me. Another customer came to my window and said the guy at the window wants you to go to him. So I had to go walk to the window where he then asked me what I was getting AGAIN! So I told him. Still couldn’t give me what I wanted. Nothing I wanted I got. After I got back to my car and he then held my food out the window and had to walk back to go get my food. Just terrible and the food sucks. They are so rude. He even sighed when I asked if they had hot sauce. Like oh I’m sorry for asking for sauce.

Worst Popeyes I've ever been. They gave me tiny pieces of chicken and casually threw in like ten fries into a paper bag. People were extremely rude too. The older lady couldn't stop chatting and completely ignored me. I don't care about service but it's just bad manner that really annoyed me.

Worst place ever I had the rewards points and they said that they couldn’t fulfill it because I showed it after I had paid, the entire time i was trying to show her the QR code so she could scan, thy always messing up something, under cooked chicken, I only get tenders because the other cuts that they have usually are raw in the inside plus always missing sauces, just not worth the hassle!

Food was hot and tasted great. Service was good and the staff is always nice when I go in there. Primarily a take out place, limited parking and room inside
