My order was for the 5 piece signature chicken meal and someone was awful enough to send me 4 pieces of fried chicken wings (round)!!! Horrible!! Be better!

Drive through dinner, 3 piece. Chicken overly greasy, oil used to make fried chicken meat, taste funky, Cole slaw tasted 3 days old. First time visitor - not impressed. Going back to KFC.

Ordered one ghost pepper sandwich and 5 piece tender and was charged for two sandwiches instead of one and I asked for a refund and they made a big deal out of it they were talking in Spanish thinking I didn't understand them but I speak Spanish and they even forgot my dipping sauces for the tenders.

Completely wrong order was giving to me at the drive through. I Order a #2 on the menu and got the wrong thing. Drove all the way back to work and found it was the wrong thing I order. Just threw it out . Should have checked before I drove off, or employees should actually listen to orders being placed

Omg. Bad customer service I've ever seen. They should fired the asian lady and spanish lady who work at drive through on 1/22/2025 6:30pm. So bad. Never come again.

You are sorry to hear that my visit did not fully meet my expectations.

Ordered door dash. Picked DIPPING sauces for my wings. They just dumped two spoonfuls of each sauce randomly into my two orders of wings.
DIPPING SAUCE. FOR DIPPING. how do you know which was which?

I tried to call REPEATEDLY to solve this amicably but they DO NOT pick up their phone and their voicemail box is full

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was literally the worst customer service and treatment I’ve experienced. This place has the worst employees and is horribly managed, treated customers horrible. I live in Quincy and will never return to this restaurant!

They do not even deserve 1 star. I don’t know how they can operate. Nobody even knows English inside

Horrible customer service, and alongside that, after they told me to wait 5-7 minutes for my order (which took a full 32 minutes to come out), they gave me wrong item and didn’t include the sauce I ordered. I do not recommend.

The 3rd time I came to thus location and my order was missing something... I live too far away to go back.. I got the big box.. which comes with 2 sides... only got one side.. Why is packing a Box so difficult..
I hope I get a response from your company, maybe Administrative Customer Service will be better than the Counter. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE....

The WORST Popeyes on planet Earth! They never ever have anything ready to order (telling you "5min wait" when it ends up 25min) while goofy employees stand around socializing in front of the useless manager.
