Store doesn’t exist anymore! Don’t order online, they’ll just take your money

It's almost impossible to contact someone to get a refund.. I just did a online order and the store says they are open. Which Is false. I showed up to get my order . They are closed. Now i can't get a hold of anyone to give me a refund ..

I ordered the Lean & Green and it's delicious! I noticed the kale and the hemp hearts are organic which is a big plus. I'm trying to incorporate more veggies/fruits into my diet for my new years resolution and this is a great way to treat myself.

Love the smoothies here. Unfortunately have had several instances where we only order for when they open at 8 A.M. so we can swing by before hopping on the train for work. On multiple occasions now the store has been closed upon arrival and the same worker arrives late and scrambling each time. There was a lovely gentlemen working for a few months over the summer who was on time and efficient but the regular storefront worker appears to be back and I almost missed my train because he was late again today.

Ordered online for an 8:10am pickup. Hours are listed open at 8am. Arrived at 8:10am and the doors are locked and the lights off. Order was accepted, received email confirmation and my card was charged, but the place isn’t even open…

I think they forgot the açaí in my açaí bowl. I ordered the Power Bowl without PB. When I asked why it was the color it was, he said, I dunno I guess the protein powder. It definitely didn’t have the tartness of açaí and was a more runny consistency. I ate some because I was hungry (and banana and granola is always good) but threw most out, a waste of $13.

The gentleman that was working today was extremely rude. No customer or greeting when I came in. No one else was in there but me and still silence. Then once I started to explain which smoothie I wanted, he yells loudly “HEY, IM DOING AN ONLINE ORDER!” I just left because that was very unprofessional and unwarranted behavior to a customer!
