Lazy chef - can't accommodate food allergy. Claims he doesn't feel it's safe and made no effort to accommodate. Great view, mediocre food and not accommodating for food allergies. Waitress disappeared on us and waited 30 min to get our check.

Wish I saw the reviews before we booked for a party of 10. While our waiter was pleasant we didnt see him too much. Never asked how our meals were and never asked if anyone wanted coffee or dessert. Maybe lack of service wasdue to most of the staff hanging in the back of the restaurant eating the leftover food from a bridal party. Some of our party wanted to go over and grab some too! Im fine with the expense but the service should match

With all of the choices on a gorgeous Saturday night, we walked in to this place, sat a bar that had plenty of open seats. Eventually greeted and given menus and water, Then,,,, we sat. After 10 minutes, two women walked up next to us. Never sat, rather that stood there. The bartender, a tall, blonde young woman walked directly to the women who were standing and asked what they wanted. I looked at her and said, we’ve been waiting for service. She said, I’ll be with you. THEN, she looks at the two standing women and made an eye roll gesture towards us. So up and out we went. Landed at Siro’s, a long rooted restaurant across the boardwalk. Greeted and seated and treated, like one would expect.

I was really disappointed with my experience at ReelHouse. We had requested outdoor seating and even passed by available tables when we arrived, but once we were seated inside, we weren’t offered the option to move—even though outdoor tables were clearly open. The service was extremely slow and inattentive; we weren’t even greeted with water or acknowledged by the staff for quite some time.
For a place that markets itself as a destination, especially for special occasions, it completely missed the mark. It felt like the staff was indifferent to the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ReelHouse for anyone looking to celebrate or enjoy thoughtful service.

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and the first thing I noticed was just how loud the place was… It was hard to hear the person sitting right next to you, something about the acoustics seem off.
The service Was friendly, but really slow and Seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but on the restaurant floor lol. Hard to track them down.
The cocktails looked cool, but almost all were overly sweet.
All of the apps came out cold And entrees were either overcooked (dry fish) and / or had no flavor. I noticed 3/4 of the people at our table barely touched their dinner. The one exception was the swordfish… It was excellent - Tasty and perfectly cooked.
Location is great, especially if you get a seat outside.

My friend and I went to celebrate the 4th of July, we were very well received, we didn't have to wait, the waiter Math served us with great kindness and respect, the margarita was very delicious and the food very tasty, we spent a wonderful evening in a refined environment and the young manager Nelson stopped by our table and is doing a great job there. I will definitely go again and for anyone looking for a good restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere I highly recommend it.
