I have been coming here for years and just realized I never wrote a review. This place is definitely a hotpot staple for me. I have only seen improvements throughout the years which is really great to see. The service is great, food is fresh, good atmosphere and relaxing music.

Waaaayyy to expensive. It is good food but not for $70. There are other hot pot places with better broths and better deals. Would have given it a 5 star if it was reasonably priced.

Every dish was made with care.
Terrible! The food is heavily overpriced and tasted like Styrofoam. The atmosphere was unwelcoming but the staff was nice. There was a waiter that was tatted up and looked like he was in a gang. Honestly scary but he was very nice.
It was my first time trying out Japanese hot pot and this place is amazing! I had the schezwan broth with tofu, veggies, etc. and it was a terrific experience. i would highly recommend it.
This has become a favorite whenever we’re in Massachusetts. The A5 Wagyu is superb and requires just a small amount of time to get right… allowing the fat to shine through.
This place has great hotpot. There were alot of vegetarian and vegan options available. They also have labeled gluten free options.
Restaurantji Recommends
We tried this place for the first time on a chilly, rainy day, craving something warm and comforting, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The restaurant was clean and inviting, with fresh, flavorful meats that really hit the spot. I especially loved the stir-fried clams in black bean sauce so much that I ordered them twice! The kimchi soup was also incredibly delicious, packed with rich, satisfying flavor. Overall, we were genuinely impressed. The service was friendly and attentive, making our first visit even more enjoyable.
I don’t know where to start because there are too many things to say. Our server was so rude to us. We ordered the beef combo and she asked “noodle or rice?” We said “Noodle, please.” Then she proceeded to ask “What?” And we were like uhm noodles… we found out she wanted to know udon or vermicelli later, which could have taken like 2 seconds to ask. The food then came out and there was barely any beef slices (10 thin slices total). It sounds a lot but trust me it’s not. For the price it’s not worth it in the Quincy/Boston area. I am not sure why the reviews are so high for this place.

Rude and condescending service. Do not recommend at all.

Food was presented nicely, taste was good and service by the hostess and server was racist towards my black friend. She kept muttering Chinese insults under her breath to our server who would then chuckle. Where is the owner during lunch hours? He was always welcoming and kind towards everyone who walked in. This girl was anything but and should be fired.
