Due to the Greed of the city of Quincy, this location will be moving to another area of Quincy, not yet specified on their notice on the door
First time having Indian food, I really liked the atmosphere of the place very calm and elegant, the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered garlic naan, butter chicken, shrimp samosa and a mango lassi. The mango lassi was creamy sweet and delicious, the shrimp samosa was okay not too much flavor? They also gave me some sides of pickled onion a cilantro sauce and a sweet sauce they were all good and worked well with the shrimp samosa. As for the butter chicken it was also okay a little bland very creamy and the chicken was tender and they give out good portions you can also adjust how spicy you want it. It was a good experience and I would recommend if anyone wants to try Indian food at a fair price and good portions and good quality food.
Was looking for a good Indian restaurant in the area for a quick lunch, and the positive reviews led me here. Loved the experience- The food was flavorful and well presented.
They serve complimentary “papad” with condiments, and the green chutney is the best to eat it with.
The ambiance is pleasant for a quick bite, and the staff and service were great!
Pleasant surprise came in for a late lunch, chicken curry out of this world, fantastic and the non-bread great
Best food in Boston. Highly recommended.
Great experience and excellent food! Servers were fantastic, and even gave us a complimentary kheer (rice pudding) that was delectable!
Have gotten take out from here a few times now, absolutely fantastic food every time.
Food was great and loved the complimentary salad.
I had dinner there yesterday and everything was top notch: excellent service, incredible food, and great atmosphere. Excellent vegetarian options.

Restaurantji Recommends
While the staff is friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel homely, the restaurant could improve its kid-friendliness. The inconsistent quality of certain dishes, like the undercooked garlic naan and bland tandoori chicken, might not appeal to kids. Additionally, seeing chefs smoking in uniform may raise concerns for parents about cleanliness and hygiene. However, the warm service and generally good food could still make it a comfortable spot for families if these issues are addressed.

Food is absolutely delicious and would recommend lamb chops and kerela fish curry. Very close to Quincy center, must try spot.

I've had food from Sher-A-Punjab a couple times now and it is always super tasty and takeout is always quick! Only thing is that the ice cream was too expensive. 5.95 for two 2oz sauce cups is incredibly disappointing
