I stopped in for the first time today after walking by daily for many months, I was greeted at the counter with a friendly smile, take your time she said and did her best to tell me about some of the many choices, I decided on the Vietnamese cold cut sub and a cup of Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, the coffee was not really my "cup of tea", and the cup was only filled 3/4, at about 9 bucks I probably won't do that again, the sub on the other hand costing about the same as the coffee was filled with shredded veggies, a few pieces of cold cuts I really could not identify and a very tasty sauce, a little sweet and a little spicy, the roll was so perfectly crusty I may have paid for just an empty roll, it was that good, I stayed in the front with many tables, but I could see another room I think with pool tables and other games, I'm glad I stopped in, next Time I'm going for the chicken feet , the salt coffee also is tempting

Wow this place is terrible, I waited for an hour for 4 drinks, everyone seems to be running around and confused. I saw many angry customers as well.

It took over an hour for me to receive my food, for takeout. Was excited to try out the new menu but the wait was not worth it. I saw them pump out one order of food every 30-40 min Disappointing to say the least

Boba was good, we got the Cha Thai Green Tea and tasted great. However, I decided to leave it 4 star because the arcade was not available to play and feels like it's just a boba place and not what it was supposed to be (an arcade + boba). Overall, nice place, spacious, there were board games but it had missing pieces/cards.

I ordered three dishes and after waiting for 45 mins one of the dishes was still missing. The staff argued that I didn't order the dish and I pointed to her that she was looking at the wrong order. After repeated attempts to remind her of the food I was still missing I lost patience and asked for a refund. The staff didn't even apologize to me. Never coming back here and would not recommend.

Don't use this kind of sausage to replace the original Vietnamese sausage. It's not that it doesn't taste good, but it just loses its distinctiveness.

I ordered a drink where there was no size options, which means there should only be one size. But I saw that people who ordered the same drink as me got a large cup while I only got a medium sized cup. I asked about this difference and they said that the drink is a size medium so I got the correct size. This makes no sense as there’s only one size yet other people got larger drinks.

Most of the food is decent and in good portions except for a few items. One being their mixed rice paper (bánh tráng trộn) ít 8$ for a pinch of rice paper and a couple of coriander. If they have to charge more for more rice paper(which is cheap), they should. It's about 2 bites to finish. Their drinks are worth getting though.

In terms of flavor, the food is alright, and the customer service is not bad either. However, the banh trang tron is soggy and, overall, lacks an appealing presentation. Like how do we suppose to eat this.
