Rick catered my dad’s funeral, it’s hard to think straight when you are grieving. Trying to get everything together for a mercy dinner in just a few days seemed impossible. Thanks to Rick we pulled it off, we hired one of his servers, Joanne was absolutely wonderful, she did everything. The food was amazing I highly recommend the chicken Marsala. I order from Simply Catering at least once a month for a dinner we host at work and the food is always delicious. Rick bends over backward to work within our budget, makes special accommodations for the gluten and lactose free people on my team, works up until the last minute to make sure that everything is perfect, and communicates effortlessly over emailso no need to play phone tag.The experience is always so pleasant with such good results no matter what I order that I won't hesitate to use Rick for my own personal parties outside of work when I'm paying out of my own pocket.

We recently had Simply Good Catering provide a luncheon, and I can't speak highly enough of our experience. We had macaroni and potato salads, gourmet sandwiches, etc. and we requested some vegan options. For the vegans Rick made tempeh salad and chickpea salad; I have to tell you that even the non-vegans were going up to these dishes for refills, and people were asking for more when it was all gone. Rick threw in potato salad mixed with vegan mayo as he was making regular potato salad anyway. (It was wonderful and a welcome surprise) If you do book Simply Good Catering, and I recommend you do, it is worth it to have a server. Michelle was helpful, efficient and non-obtrusive. At the end of the luncheon Rick and Michelle did clean up and packed up the leftovers for us to take home. This is a great company, easy to work with, and their food is delicious!
We have had nothing but excellent service from Simply Good Catering. The food has always been excellent and service is on time and in a professional fashion. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a catering company.
