Ordered with Uber Eats from this location. The first driver took the food then canceled the delivery, and presumably ate it. Which is not really their fault. However, when the cancelled delivery went to a different driver, the second driver went to pick up our order and they refused to talk to him. We tried to call and it never went through despite calling repeatedly, except for one attempt where they IMMEDIATELY hung up on us.

This is not the first time we've had issues with this location, as many times we've ordered food from this location from both the taco bell and KFC side and it never arrived. Initially I assumed it was a delivery service issue, but I realize now that the location is probably a major contributor to the issue.

Thankfully Uber gave us a refund, but they refused to talk to either us or the delivery person. If we hadn't been able to receive a refund through Uber, we would have had to eat the bill, rather than the food we ordered. We were able to order from a different taco bell location who provided fantastic service and we received our food wonderfully and fast. Unfortunately because of how long this whole shabackle took, it was nearly 11pm by the time we got to eat.

If you can't even have one person pick up the phone for over 30 minutes, you need to hire more staff. Either someone is being intentionally neglectful and providing terrible service, or your employees are incredibly overworked to the point of being unable to answer the phone OR talk to delivery personnel who are at the counter. As someone who works customer service, I understand that things can get hectic and out of hand sometimes. However, the repeated issues from this location are very disappointing and frustrating, and we will be very hesitant to order from here again.

If you want to be disappointed, come to this Taco Bell. I don’t even have the words to describe my horrendous experience, but just know if you’re already having a bad day, this Taco Bell will make it even worse.

No interest in being friendly. No interest in making sure the food was correct. Grabby and non talkative window drive thru. Don't work at this place if you don't like the job. The food, when eaten was dry and lacked any kind of flavor. Just blah food, expensive and just horrible customer service. I urge management to look to quality at all levels

My family and I have come to this location often due to great service and always has great hot food. There was an ample amount of seating for a small location until they cut the seating in half to add kiosks 🤦🏽‍♀️. Now there's barely any seating and more confusion when trying to order.

Probably a better representation of my friend's anger. LOL. Gurl got scammed by this taco bell im telling you. The top was the taco bell from this location and the bottom was from the natick location 🤣🤣🤣😭😭💀💀 I'm dead. They trying to feed little kids or something for this location. Keep in mind the cost was the same but not the quantity!

I ordered 63.00 of food yesturday 12 piece chicken buckets woth 3 side and they only sent my three side and forgot my 12 piece and doordash wouldnt refund me and i tried calling storw to see if i can come pick up my 12 piece i paid for to feed my kids and couldnt get thru . They always mess up on order then i cant even get my money back

Stopped by drive-thru. The line moved quickly, and the staff were kind. I ordered a KFC chicken meal and a Taco Bell taco. Both came out hot and fresh, with no mistakes in the order. Nothing fancy, but good for a quick meal. Would visit again if I’m in the area!
