I used to go every week with my best friend and this is the place I take everyone who visits Massachusetts. This is my all-time favorite restaurant and there is nothing I crave more than the delicious kimchi broth. The servers are all really nice and easy to talk to. You can order as much as you like and even order seconds. It’s around 30 per person and that’s very good to me as you don’t need breakfast nor dinner because you will be so full and happy. Overall, if you are choosing somewhere to eat I would go here every time.

Waited 45 minutes after being seated and placing order. Never had a visit from server. Hot items were ice cold. Sashimi pieces were miniscule size. Very disappointing.

Friends and I went in for hotpot. Portions were much bigger than we expected them to be. Floors were a little sticky, the bathroom could have been cleaned up a little more and locks on the door didn't work. We didn't see our server all that much to get refills on drinks or order as much food as we would have liked.

Walked in party of 3 , place was empty and caught attitude from everyone. Seemed like they were all upset they had to work all at once. It was a buffet so maybe 3 different servers came around once with attitude and when asked for say a fork and spoon..much more attitude. Anyways , the reason for this review was after I used the bathroom I was greeted by a little waitress with big glasses asking for more tip, she asked how the service was and I said it was fine when it wasn’t, I was being nice. I chuckled and showed her I put 15% and I regret not just crossing the whole thing out. Tips are under my discretion and if you deserve it. The service was terrible and after little lady came up to me asking for more tip that was it.. you can see from other reviews they do it all the time to there customers. I’m not the only one. Don’t eat here and if you do, don’t tip haha

Excellent sushi. All you can eat sushi and it tastes great. It doesn't go right though. Best place for sushi to get special rolls until you can't eat anymore. Highly recommend. 10 percent off if you pay cash.

Not friendly. They served me but barely saw a server. Sushi was mediocre for the price and none of the menu actually told you what was inside the sushi. For $40+ I expected better.

Really long wait time for the food and when the food arrived, it wasn't even what we ordered on the checklist. Most of the item never arrived after long wait times.

His face just don't want to work. Never ask everything ok? Attitude so bad we went there for my mother's in law birthday with 5 adults 1 toddler and we got 18% gratuity seriously?
He not deserve 18% tips if his service like this.
Never ever going back to eat there again
Ps. If I could give 0 star I would.

Wow! This is my new favorite restaurant. The staff is so attentive and the food is absolutely delicious. Suggestion: get the house broth! It's unique and fantastic. Best lunch ever!! Also, the sashimi lunch special is an incredible deal. Do yourself a favor and don't miss out!

This place is good. The sushi is better than some other places in the area, both takeout and dine-in. Have done the AYCE sushi several times and it's always good. Has the hotpot for the first time recently and it was fine, not over the top amazing but for a neighborhood hotpot place, it's just fine. I have brought my <1 year oldbhere multiple times and they have always been accommodating.
All these reviews that mention the service, I've never had bad service here. They do get very busy on weekend nights so if you are going at peak hours, it might get hectic, like any restaurant. The only time a server has said anything mildly rude was when I showed up with 2 other people for AYCE and they said our first round of sushi order was too many pieces and they were afraid we wouldn't finish it so she told us to put in less. And you know what, she was RIGHT.
Also, all these reviews where they asked people to tip more, a lot of them admit they aren't tipping 20% in the first place! At an AYCE place where the waiter is taking multiple rounds of orders from the table, tracking down everything thats ready at different times, making sure your soup is refilled and that plates are clear?! Hell yeah I'd ask why you didn't leave a full tip. Don't go out to eat if you can't too your waiters AT LEAST 20%! Leave you dusty self at home
