The Best seafood, especially the lobster roll. Service was excellent and quick. The atmosphere is very NOT fancy or proper... Rustic would be a better description. A bit like going to a butcher shop to get a hamburger. If I'm within 75 miles of this gem, I'm going back. Again and again. Love it!
Parking: I found parking rather easy at 1PM. Five or six cars would probably fill the lot. I'd think that lunchtime would be a challenge. But worth it!!
Had to fulfill a fried clam request from my 92 year old Dad - an old Cape Codder at that. Placed a to go order and was told 10 minutes. Was ready to go when I arrived. Onion rings & extra tarter sauce were perfect as well as the clams. Expensive, but most definitely worth it!!

The lobster rolls. Are slimy messes. With hardly any claw meat, or lobster meat at all. Its loaded with so much filler material it don’t taste like lobster. For a place that sells fresh lobster I expect fresh lobster meat in a roll. This is refrigerated crap. It takes 10 minutes to make a batch of lobster salad. Another problem is non english speaking servers . My wife needed the bathroom and she got “bla bluh blah bla” instead and was refused. This place is terrible. Do not eat here. Lobster rolls are supposed to have chunks of lobster meat and claw meat. What they serve looks like ground up cat food. Buyer be ware, this place is not the same as it used to be. EDIT This place is riddled with fake 5 star reviews. Report the blatant ones as "Not helpful" to google. All it takes is about a dozen and it will be removed. This is a 2-3 star restaurant.

The most amazing Mediterranean Sea food you can have in New England! It felt like we’re in Alexandria Egypt having the best meal you can ever have. Superb service. Great prices. Big (and I mean BIG) portions.
There’s an American menu as well. The lobster is amazing!

Great seafood including classic fried fisherman's plates ( you can make your own 2 and 3 item plates). Highly recommended.
