Food was great the view is phenomenal the only thing I did not like Is the fact we had a reservation for a table for 5 And the waiter could only accommodate a table of 4 with the 5 th on the side facing the wall For this reason I give it a 3 star passing note fair enough I think

Excellent place for lunch or dinner with friends after golfing and great place for having a celebration. Very friendly waitstaff and nice atmosphere looking out at the golf course.

I really wanted to like this place…but I ordered a filet medium rare and it came medium well and absolutely covered in pepper. I ordered the butter and it was a cold chunk of butter. I also ordered a lobster tail and it came all shriveled, way overcooked and it was taken out of its shell? This was a very disappointing meal for the price. Only thing good was the view.

Love this restaurant. Last time my server was not too great, but reported it and he was changed by management immediately. The baked haddock is excellent. Atmosphere relaxing. Would visit again.

The food at this restaurant is really very good, the views are wonderful and the ambiance quite nice. While the service is usually on par with everything else, today was an exception. Our server was technically fine but not particularly pleasant. If this were my first experience here, it would have been more impactful but today was the exception rather than the rule. Anyone can have an off day but it did detract from the overall enjoyment of an otherwise fine meal.

The Granite Links is a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful setting. You can the Boston Skyline from almost every seat in the restaurant. The food was good. One person ordered the lobster roll which was loaded with fresh shucked lobster. Another person ordered the greek bowl and it was also excellent. The third person ordered the ceasar salad and it came almost completely dry. We had to ask for extra dressing which took 10 minutes to receive. The service was extremely slow. There were two showers occurring but the dining room itself was almost empty. Our waiter brought us water and then disappeared for 15 minutes. We finally asked the hostess to find our waiter and were told that he was assisting the bartender with the drink orders for the two showers. If you are going to have a waiter act as the back up bartender, then the restaurant shouldn't sit anyone in his section. It took a long time to get a coffee as well as our check. We paid in cash so that we wouldn't have to wait again for him to collect a credit card and bring that back.

"I went to the Tavern Restaurant for a birthday dinner, and the view overlooking the city of Boston was beautiful. The restaurant had a classy atmosphere, the service was warm and comforting, and the food came out quickly and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend others dine there and will be returning soon."

The food was excellent we had Miso salmon and the shrimp and scallop pasta. Our waiter Tim was excellent as well, we were 10 minutes late for the reservation trying to find a parking spot but they were understanding and still seated us right away. I won't wait so long to go back to GLT next time. Bill

Had a wonderful Sunday Brunch with 8 family members. Our waiter was patient, kind & knowledgeable about the food & beverage menu. He had patience when approaching 8 woman chatting up a storm. The restaurant was bustling with a baby shower in the glass room , which we all adored. We all got specialty cocktails from the menu which our waiter took great care in explaining. All of us from age 85 to 22 enjoyed our entrees. The wait staff & hostess staff are top notch. Don't hesitate to get your family members together at The Tavern at Granite Links life is too short, not to go.

Consistently great with excellent food . The Ritz Cracker crusted haddock with lobster sherry cream sauce is a winner. Cooked yo perfection along with the asparagus. Additionally the Lobster roll was one of the best. The crab cake appetizer and coconut shrimp are at the top of the charts. Beautiful place with million dollar views everywhere. Restaurant is clean and service is consistently good.

Myself and others had lunch at the Tavern. As always, it was a pleasure, the food was great, atmosphere is lovely and our server was professional and helpful. I was the only visitor who lived in Quincy, the rest all requested coming to the Tavern-it's a favorite of theirs.
