The Tavern at Granite Links

Beautiful views for a brunch spot. The Tavern's adjacent closed patio usually houses different events, this morning our neighbors were a full party celebrating a baby shower. Cute to see.

On to the brunch - their French toast? Rocked my world! Whipped maple cream, butter, sugar, pecans and fruit made it a decadent tasty treat this morning. Washed it down with a seasonal Autumn Fizz cocktail which was nice & light with my heavier breakfast choice. Everyone at my table enjoyed their drinks and meal, absolutely no complaints. Service was on point and frequently checked in with us despite the Sunday brunch rush (we got in around 11:30am). My second visit and I'm sure we *will* be back again!

Had a private event for nearly 40 people. The venue was beautiful. Theresa DelGuidice made planning so easy and accommodating. Megan and Torey were present constantly and were so professional and pleasant! Food was terrific and the Sundae Bar was a hit! I highly recommend Tavern at Granite Links. All of our guests had a wonderful time.

I’ve been thinking about going here for a while now. We live close.

First, the not so great part:
Made a reservation for 2 at 7:30pm, showed up at 7:28pm. Hostess said it would be 5–10 minutes. Great!

Sat down on a bench to wait. Meanwhile, group of three, 6 and another of 4 came in and talked to the hostess.

A whole bunch of folks leave. Like 40 or so that are done with dinner.

10 minutes goes by. 20 minutes. Starting to get frustrated. Then she sits the group of 6, ok. big table, might make sense. Then the group of 4, and then the group of three…. All came in after us, had later reservations, and one had a 7:30 like us.

At 30 min I go up to say, Hey, we have been here for over 30 minutes and you sat there party’s that got here after us. How’s it looking?

She said sorry, facing away from me. Not much else…. ok…. odd.

Finally she says they are ready. Then they put the two of us at a four person table…. Yeah. So…. Frustrating from the start.

The rest of the night was honestly great. Tom our server was fantastic, drinks were wonderful and the burger I got was one of the best I’ve had.

Music was not too loud, decent choices of songs. TV at bar nearby was not loud which is great.

So, food and table service, fantastic.

Front end service, lacking for sure.

The food , service and ambience is always top notch at the Granite Links Tavern. This particular time we enjoyed the open-faced Turkey sandwich that they refer to as "The Gobbler". Quite delicious. Very difficult to make a bad choice here.

We were a group of friends that had worked together over 50 years ago and got together at Granite Links. Mary was our waitress. She was awesome! She was attentive but not overbearing. The food was great. This is one of our go to places when we meet to catch up.

Our table of 8 enjoyed a Sunday brunch at The Tavern Restaurant. Service from start to finish was excellent. The food was good and reasonably priced. There was a lively function going on near the dining room but we did not hear a thing. Lastly, We did not feel rushed to leave (after 2.5 hours) even after paying our bill. Will definitely be back!

I had the opportunity to try the
shrimp coconut ,pasta chicken, and scallops, and everything was excellent. The presentation and flavors were impressive, and the view made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Always have a good experience there. Food and service was good . Pretty noisy because of other events going on.

Delicious!! I got the blackened chicken and pasta and my husband got the filet. Everything was fantastic!

The menu was creative and extensive. The food was deliciously prepared and service excellent. I would definitely return to try some of the other dishes. You won't be disappointed.

Three of us had salads which were very good and quite large for the price. The protein was cooked perfectly. The service was great and the view of the city of Boston was fantastic.

Fantastic Views and superb food quality. This is such a gem of a place! Super nice staff and beautiful grounds. Great place for all ages.

Services, food, stuff, all great experiences, beautiful view and happy busy people around playing together! It’s my favorite sunset in Massachusetts!

Food is always solid and service is good. We had a rather loud table of work folks but that really wasn't an issue. Happy to go back.
