I liked that place not only because the hotpot and sauce are delicious but also the great atmosphere. You are sitting in open environment not like other restaurants. The only downside is this place is a little expensive.

This was my first visit to Wei Shu Wu Hot Pot, and I’m already planning to return. Located at 47 Billings Road in North Quincy, it’s easy to reach by rideshare or MBTA (North Quincy T Station) and once inside, the space feels modern, spotless, and surprisingly upscale for a hot pot restaurant.
We came as part of a large dining club, and the restaurant offered us a special group deal, which was both generous and smoothly managed. Even with a big party, the service was attentive, efficient, and warm.
The food was beautifully fresh and presented with care. I ordered a wide range of meats, vegetables, tofu, and seafood. At our table, we had three broth choices:
• A classic chicken broth — mild and comforting.
• A mushroom broth — earthy, rich, and deeply flavorful.
• A spicy broth (ordered mild) — still had a fiery kick and lots of depth.
We also tried the shrimp paste, which you squeeze into the pot yourself. I found it interesting but probably wouldn’t order it again personally—though others at the table really enjoyed it. It’s definitely worth trying if you’re curious.
One of the most impressive parts of the experience was the sauce station. It was immaculate and fully stocked, including generous amounts of fresh green onions and cilantro, sesame paste, garlic, vinegar, soy, chili oil, and more. They also had a tray of chicken or duck bones with plenty of meat still on them—available for you to take back to your table and enrich your broth. I’ve never seen that offered so freely before, and it was a fantastic touch.
I also tried two mocktails, and both were excellent:
• The first was like a watermelon smoothie—icy, refreshing, and sweet without being too sugary.
• The second was called “Melon Watermelon” and had a more delicate flavor. I believe it was intended to blend honeydew and watermelon, though it tasted a bit like watermelon with a hint of berries. Light, unique, and beautifully presented—neither drink felt like an afterthought.
And finally—the bathroom deserves its own round of applause. It was spotless and fully stocked with amenities: hand lotion, a hair dryer, Q-tips, cotton balls, paper cups, and mouthwash. It genuinely felt more like a boutique hotel powder room than a restaurant restroom. That kind of thoughtful detail really reflects the care that goes into the entire experience at Wei Shu Wu.
Note: The menu isn’t available online. It’s displayed on an iPad-style tablet at the table. I’ve included photos in this review to help future diners get a sense of what’s available.
Whether you’re a hot pot regular or trying it for the first time, Wei Shu Wu stands out for its freshness, hospitality, and attention to detail. I left full, impressed, and already thinking about my next visit.

Very good hotpot place and i liked their drinks. I do wish it was all you can eat, but then the quality would've gone down. Parking was a pain but that's expected of Quincy

After exploring Quincy Center, we drove about 10 minutes to this hot pot restaurant — and it was absolutely worth it! We chose the spicy Sichuan broth and the fish maw & chicken soup base — one side bold and numbing, the other rich and comforting. Cooking meat and vegetables at the same time was such a fun and satisfying experience. The ingredients were super fresh and high quality. What impressed us the most was how authentic everything felt — from the decor to the ingredients, it was just like being back in Chengdu. Warm service and a wonderful meal. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The soups are premade, and the food is pretty average overall. They’d be better off spending less on interior design and more on hiring a good chef

The bar is a joke, incredibly low, with hardly any extension and uncomfortable seating.

Gorgeous and always clean atmosphere. The women’s bathroom is perfectly stocked with items to freshen up your breath and even your appearance! The servers are always kind and seem happy to serve you. Food always comes out pretty quickly. I appreciate being able to order with the iPad. Their signature Mai tai always hits. I appreciate a consistent restaurant and they truly are consistent. Also, take it seriously when they say their broth is SPICY 🥵 lol but I love it!

This place was good before, but today I visited and got really mid service despite my loyal visits. I don’t think the service is the same as before any more.

Really authentic Sichuan hotpot restaurant located in a small town in North Quincy. A good go-to place for late night dinner because they are open till 1 am. Definitely give it a try if you like authentic hot pot.

My favorite hot pot place in the Boston + surrounding areas. My husband and I come here almost every time we're in town to visit family. So much that we are now regulars and recognized by the server there.
The broths are all delicious. The house chili broth is very spicy even with the mild option. They will warn you if you try to order mild and above. The other ones I've tried were tomato and pork bone both of which were very flavorful. The meats are fresh and of high quality. The marinated beef is a must order for us every time, along with the shrimp paste.
The service is attentive, food presentation is amazing, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Overall one of the best dining experiences and I highly recommend you try it if you are a hot pot lover. I already can't wait to come back again next time.

This place is big, we had a reservation for 7 of us at 1:30 on a Sunday. It was pretty empty in there, but because there were so many of us we did need a reservation.
The hot pot was good, the toppings are all up at the front and it wasn’t clear that they were there until ½ through our meal.
We got the tomato broth, medium hot broth, and a pork broth. We also got chicken, pork, beef, veggie platter, and a few other veggies. The vegetables were all fresh which was nice.
I got a margarita but it took almost the whole meal for me to get it, I think they forgot. All the drinks ran slow but the food did not. Although the staff did not come by to fill up the broths at all. I guess you have to request it?
Overall it was tasty.

Giving one stars today, purely because of the service attitude. One of the girl with us feel uncomfortable because one of the server kept looking at her. Another servers also kept observing us while we are looking and talking about the menus. When we decided to add some stuff into the order, they even cheered in a very inrespectful way. They also have a really bad tipping culture. If you undertip them for ANY reason, they will come to you and ask for more (as well as reason). However their reason is they need to make more money. If they are underpaid, they should go somewhere else and ICE should come investigate whether they are illegally working there.

Also we were told there is no more desserts available . No sorry . No can I get you something else instead. . Don’t recommend this place
