I’ve been here a couple of times, and the overall including the food, and service was really good. Not to forget about the decoration inside the places was amazing, making me feel like I was in one of the C-dramas lol. The price was a little pricey but compatible with the foods.

Outstanding Experience!I recently dined at Weishu and had an incredible time. The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. The hotpot broth was flavorful, and everything was cooked to perfection. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

I typically prefer places that offer all you can eat hotpot, as that provides a full experience, but I decided to try this place out and was not very impressed. It is overpriced for the food you get, and I’m aware hotpot can be very expensive. It feels like they spent majority of their expenses on decor and ambiance rather than the quality of their ingredients. It was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from that you would typically find in hotpot. We got some spicy beef that tasted like throw up, but otherwise, no other complaints. Staff is courteous and friendly

My friends and I went for the first time on Saturday. We liked the atmosphere and the food. We thought they had a decent portion and their broth is delicious. The staff were friendly and polite but there was no service. I had to wave them down every time. No one came back to check on us.We had a late dinner around 20:40. Towards the end of the night there were 2 kids running around the restaurant which was very distracting. They had props in their hand and was running around waving it. The kids ran for about 20 mins on and off next to us and the table beside us did not appreciate that either. Soon we realized the kids knew the staff so we are assuming it is either the staff's kids or the owner's kids. We could be wrong but even if it was some customer's kids the staff should have said something. Regardless, no one stopped them and let them run wild. We thought it was very disrespectful and inconsiderate to the customers and ruined our dining experience. It was annoying enough for me to leave a review. If your dinner with your friends is going to run overtime and the kids can't sit still then they should have stayed home with a sitter. If you want to bring your kids out in public, make sure you teach them some manners before leaving the house.

We went for lunch on a weekday. The server was very accommodating to our group, which consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5. The quality of the meat and vegetables were very good and we loved the broth. Ordering was very easy and the atmosphere was great!

Feya, her family and her staff create a five star hot pot experience. We found their food featured on a couple blogs, and traveled from Western Mass to see if the reviews lived up to the reality - it certainly does. The FOOD (pork broth, mushroom broth, mild mild house spicy broth), aesthetic ambiance, sauce bar (scallion, spicy beef sauce, soy sauce and garlic to dip your noodles in), consideration of the staff and cleanliness of the space was impressive. We look forward to returning!

Everything came out with incredible presentation, quality of meats was also great and the perfect amount of food for price. Was expecting the bill to be more than it was granted the experience we got but it was surprisingly affordable

The food was okay for the high price. The decor and atmosphere is lovely, but it would be great if the food could match that as well. I ordered a tomato base for hot pot and it was literally just canned tomato paste with water, pretty disappointing. The restaurant manager kept lurking around and followed us when we went to get a sauce and hung around while we were eating; it was pretty uncomfortable and did not make us feel welcome. We also realized when we got the bill that they charge $5-6 for getting a sauce from the sauce bar. This was not explained to us and is honestly a little crazy. Will not be coming back and probably wouldn’t recommend unless you’re trying to just impress someone with nice decor.

There were not many gluten free options so I cannot speak to the hot pot meal but I did go for apps and drinks. Ordering was seamless with the Digital Touch pads, the atmosphere was amazing and I loved the turquoise blue island drink ?

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. The food is amazing and comes in large quantities. The broth is rich and not watery. The smashed cucumber salad - to die for! Also very kid friendly, outstanding service. Will definitely be back. Price is beyond fair, should be able to feed 2 comfortably for just over $100. I fed 5 for just over $200. Drinks are also delicious - try to sweet tea ( has boba inside )

Highly recommend phoning in to make a reservation because I was able to come on a busy Saturday for dinner for 8. Service was friendly and fast and the presentation is next level (for example, the shrimp were served on skewers and the meat on elaborate trays). You can choose up to 3 different broths, but we went with 2 (chicken broth and a tomato broth). It’s fun mixing your own sauce at the sauce bar. The decor is amazing, not too garish! I would definitely come back again.

Wei Shu Wu is by far has the best hot pot I’ve ever had. The atmosphere and vibes are top notch and all the ingredients are incredibly fresh. We love the condiment bar and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would have their hot pot every day if I could!
