I’m very disappointed as I spent quite a few on my dinner for my family and I end up missing out two of my chicken sandwich. This is why people come here because they make it affordable for you to purchase food for your family but what got me ticked off is that when you called them just to let them know no one picks up the phone at all and when the voicemail comes on, it says it’s full Very disappoint I will never go back to that Wendy’s again.

I had never been to this location before. My youngest wanted to get a 6-7 frosty and so I pulled over and placed him and order from the mobile app. When I arrived at the speaker Ai asked me whatbI would like to order and when I said I was picking it up, it said it was connecting me with an employee. The employee asked for my order - so I gave the order number. I had never used the app before. He said no it would be under my name. I was confused because I didn't enter my name to place the order.

He was able to find my order.

Most employees of this Wendy’s restaurant are hardworking people. But older Asian woman working at drive-thru during night-shift is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is unable to respond drive-thru customers in timely manner, holds the line for extended periods of time probably due to under-manning issues and doesn’t hesitate to yell at both customers and the courier drivers. This female employee has audacity to scold delivery drivers on petty issues under false pretenses (often wrongfully accuses the drivers with ‘cutting the line’ etc. even if its not true) and refuses to hand over customers online orders to the drivers when confronted. Hence other employees eventually had to the bring orders to the drivers waiting outside of the restaurant from a side door. This rude employee refuse to reply both customers and the courier drivers awaiting in drive-thru line to place order get orders when the store closing time nearing. She makes contemptuously gestures to dismiss drivers when asked about pending orders prior to closure. The restaurant management needs to address under-manning issues and consider employee refreshment training and/or reassign someone else to the drive-thru who may have stronger communication skills to better interact with their customer base as well as other partners

I went through drive thru and asked if I could get six of the breakfast muffins for 1 a piece man said we do not have any .I said you are the ones that have chicken muffins he said no explanation ao then I said no muffins so okay give me a burrito and that's it he said that's it's ,I said that's I wanted the dollar muffins but that is it He then said to me pull up with a mad face I'll bring it out to you after about 10 minutes we got it Not a word out of him but took money and gave me burrito You should have better people on drive thru he was very rude never go back if you advertise. Have them on menu.

No just no. This used to be great here. Now the workers pretend to not comprehend English. The food is cold and hard from sitting under lamps. No compassion. They make fun of you right in front of everyone for asking them to correct their mistake.

Been coming here twenty years again I definitely won’t come now and I recommend you steer clear unless you’re ok with sub par food and service with an attitude.

I asked for french fries with no salt I watch the woman Friday french fries pour them into a separate bin that she had cleaned out to put the new fries in she salted them and then remembered that I wanted no salt she then proceeded to take some of the french fries out of that patch put them back into the basket and refry them and then used tongs to put very little french fries into a small carton and give them to me because she didn't know I was standing there watching. I'm seriously thinking about calling the board of Health
And luckily to not eat them

Wendys everywhere seems to be going downhill fast. I need to stop ordering from these Wendys already.
Creepy AI menu, no chicken in the chicken sandwiches. Breakfast, which I used to get every Saturday before work has been kind of gross now.
Thanks, but no thanks.
Get rid of that AI garbage and put money back into the food and wages.
